Housing in FF14 is wildly popular so you are wrong in that regard.

I love the Garrison. It’s the only time in WoW I felt like a commander building a base like in every WarCraft game that existed before WoW.
Blizzard agrees. That’s why we don’t have it after 18 years. Garrisons were close.
Sounds great, but no reason to remove anything.
I don’t bother with raids or M+ and they rarely add new battlegrounds. Just do what they do with BGs. There’s already enough raids and dungeons to do. No reason for them to waste money on making more of those.

They wasted a lot of time and resources making it a thing in alpha. It just didn’t make the cut into the regular game.
So you dont want to have orc tusks and spikes on your dinner table for your nightelf house?

The garrison is where I go to after ever quest like a safe haven that is all mine and then on the next day I do the daily pet battles nobody bothers you.
There isnt an Lol cause I said so, SWTOR has a very popular Housing feature so does FF14 its not that hard for them to do it.
I could invite friends to stay at our player home multiple choices for actual decorations.
You build and improve the home u build.
I mean my god man skyrim level homes would even be nice its not complicated.
Professions would work make it a secondary profession so we can build furniture an items pertaining to the house being able to theme the home based off ur guild or group. Stuff can be earned or bought with gold.
Lots can be done the Garrison isnt even able to be decorated or really improved you just put in random buildings that add auto walking npcs around. There’s no interaction

Housing is successful in FF14, WoW’s biggest competitor and was the only good thing about Wildstar.
