i rather be an epic fantasy traveler that stays in an Inn which we already have. I don’t really know many fantasy characters that have homes.
Again Garrison is nothing close to Player housing, please stop using that as a poor excuse for why not actually look at what FF14 had an then come back with that as a frame of reference.

The posts and outrage was about flying and the loss immediately happened after Blizz announced flying was never gonna be in the expac. They then had to scramble to come up with their “compromise.” Which ended up being pathfinder.

I return to my garrison every day to do pet battles
/sigh welp idk why you would be against a proper player home with actual features customized rooms/garden stables for mounts ext.
Stabeles are already at the garrison

They just cannot be customized. Along with most of the garrison. You can put up banners and some trophies. That’s about it. There is no house, no furniture, etc. There isn’t even a bed.

Try the profession quests in DF, even though you can do some of them in multiple areas some have only a few mobs and the drop rate isn’t 100% like some easier WQ’s.

Not trolling just putting my two cents into a topic which is silly to begin with, overall all the players have no time to manage a house and play the game for 19 hours a day.

If you aren’t trolling, then stop arguing in bad faith. And go look at actual housing in other games.
If you have no time to manage a house, then don’t do it. They are usually an optional feature.

I find housing in FFXIV to be both useful and useless. Having owned an FC house and a personal house, there’s perks in having them, but the perks don’t amount to much. FC housing only provides a few perks and only to those who can use all of the resources.
That being said, I liked garrisons. I liked that there was more to it than just placing gil sinked items. Also liked the idea of dispatching units, but Blizz made people hate it by having it go across 4 expansions and become worse over each one.

Player housing always seemed pointless to me never understood the appeal of it. I wouldn’t care if they added it but I’d rather they not waste dev time on it.
