Pet battle issues compiled!

Lets work together to get some fixes done these are all issues i could find that people had lets just follow a simple format to get the info to the devs of the issues effecting people

1.Collection upgrade missing (cap increase)
2.Ability to pet battle (have to do starter quest to even battle again)
3.Pet battle dungeon quest reset which results in no ports to the dungeons
4.Minion of Mayhem title missing

if you can please in this thread please respond with the number and a simple yes no or n/a (never bought the upgrade/didnt complete dungeons before ect)

I’d suggest:
5. lost progress on Riddler’s Mind-worm
6. Lost progress on Uuna
7. Island expeditions quests reset
8. Warfront intro quests reset

And perhaps most important:
Did you buy a character transfer recently?

My answers:
1 Yes
2 Yes
3-4 - N/A
5 No, finished and still have mount
6 Yes, sequence reset to the beginning.
7-8 No, progress seems intact

  11. Difficult to say, I see lots of quests available that previously were not. I can’t tell how many quests have been reset that I haven’t explored yet. :frowning:

Recent character transfer: Yes.
Transferred servers for one Horde character. Above answers apply for ALL characters on all servers for my entire account.

I have an open in-game ticket but it says average response time is 4 days (was only 3 yesterday…).

Having this issue after I faction transferred a character.

  1. YES - Collection upgrade missing (cap increase)

I purchased a realm transfer for my main character. My pet collection was in tact and there were no problems prior to the transfer.

My transfer also took longer than an hour, and appeared on both realms for a bit (unsure if related)

I already have the mount, unable to determine if progress was reset, but I was able to click on the letters?

I did not start her quest, unknown.

Looks like the issue is still listed on the known issues page but the page that it linked to has been removed. I can’t seem to find a support page for it now. Can’t tell if that means they have a fix coming or if they are just going to ignore the issue. :frowning:

10: Lost all minis from the Azeroth Mini Collection: Mechagon toy: YES

You can check your achievement to see which ones you had before: Most Minis Wins. I had 9.

Solution:

It took a GM ticket ~4 days to check my account and give me the 1,500 reward again since I had the achievement and also way more than 1,000 pets.

I’m still waiting on a reply for the 2,000 portion since that’s an item unlock.

Evolyn, you’re probably missing a lot more than just pet capacity. Check this thread and add your story.

There’s also the issue with getting booted from the game every time I try and pet battle. I don’t have the other issues you’ve listed, but this one is pretty annoying and should be on the list of pet battle issues.

In addition my completion on a huge amount of pet battle quests (Snowfeather, dungeon, grand masters etc) was reset.

did not see this problem and did a faction change now my stuff is all messed up.
I have done tons of things but still can only do 2 of the dungeons, and I only need WC and blackrock and they are not the 2 I can do lol.

also can not get more pets due to cap lock

everything above applies to me also

I had lvl 25 battles pets and took a year off wow. Like lil ben was 25 came back after a year hes 1 again had a pet i never had before in my account had a alt with lvl 1 barrack uped to 2 lol i have 1470 battle pets with doubles and 100 extras in bank
