Personal Loot Abuse

Yup, Guilds are always perfect angels that never abuse people.

What is hilarious is people like you, that think that they are above everyone else and get to dictate who gets loot and when, newsflash, you can´t take their loot if they don´t want to give it to you, this is 2020 and we are not in the old U.R.S.S Stalin wannabe.

No-one holds a gun to your head and forces you to show up for work, yet you get paid for that. This is silly, loot is the reward (read: payment) for killing a boss. Killing the boss is the experience.
If you deny any form of loot to someone from killing a boss you are paying them with exposure

I don’t dictate my guilds loot rules, so no.

I just don’t act like a spoiled brat when I don’t get everything handed to me.

Sorry you can’t say the same.

There is absolutely nothing about organized raiding that dictates you are to be paid in loot for showing up. It’s a perk, and you WILL get loot… but to act like personal loot needs to be the determining factor for that to be acceptable is just wrong. Raiders don’t feel that way, so why are you telling them how to feel?

What you know about me? you don´t know me punk, so don´t pretend you do.
I have gave up PL to my RL because i decided so, not because it was imposed to me, it was my choice.

Oh no, don’t tell me you’re one of those guys who wish WoW was more like Overwatch. I was hoping those guys didn’t actually exist and it was just a misrepresentation of something Preach said.

No, see, they’re supposed to being totally into WoW Socialism or otherwise they wouldn’t be joining a guild in the first place, you dig?

Are you seriously going through this entire thread digging up old comments that have already been discussed and trying to kickstart what we’ve already gone over?

Definitely no way you’re self-centered or problematic in a group environment lmao

No one is twisting anything, because personal loot abuse doesn’t exist.

Then you shouldn’t have posted the thread if you thought everyone would swoop in and blindly prop up your claims of being victimized, when no actual proof was brought forward.

I’m pretty glad for that tbh

and yet you have such a hard time believing that raiders that want ML want it so they can also give up their loot by choice? interesting.

You are actually so self centered that you think everybody needs to see your 30-posts-in-a-row. You probably think a single item going to someone other than yourself is a crime.

Anyway, my ignore list is getting bigger after this thread. I’d be embarrassed saying some of the things you guys say out loud

Good; your guild obviously put the work in to engender a sense of loyalty and comradeship into you where you felt this was a proper response to your time spent with them.

Or trying to get into the pants of some young thing who just joined the guild.

Are you dense or what? it is hard to grasp for you that every person should have the option to decide what to do with their loot??? No one should be allowed to take away that choice from somebody else. You must be communist or something, smh.

Then guilds need to stop telling people they don’t deserve the loot that dropped for them and need to stop saying that the loot system needs to return to an archaic method that really only benefited them.

How on earth would individual capitalism lead to a successful team in organized raiding? If everyone was just looking out for themselves, you aren’t a guild - you’re a glorified PUG

Oh no, my feels!!! i´m hurt! im a glorified PUG. I think im not gonna sleep tonight…

Then you obviously never abused Master Loot like a large enough portion of guilds did. And you obviously put the work in to breed a sense of togetherness with everyone in the guild where they felt alright turning over their drops for the good of the whole.

Unfortunately, there are those who believe this mindset should exist from the get go of even joining a guild and that the people who want to keep their personal loot drops are gasp degenerates!
