Here’s the problem, there’s not heavy interest in it. If there was wouldn’t you think it would have made more sense to make classic vanilla and classic tbc servers then never touch them again. You think blizzard would be making tons of profit and say “you know what we should do, we should spend millions in developing something new that noone will want to play”. It makes 0 sense. These private servers aren’t flourishing and the ones that are are because they created seasonal content or changed the game up entirely (ascension). Y’all say y’all want era but the data points to wow players don’t want that even though that scream about it so often. The numbers show constant drop off mere weeks in on these servers time and time again.
#1 They are flourishing, then numbers and data are all there. Use your eyes.
#2, please show me where Blizzard is spending “millions” of dollars hosting 2 new realms that progress into BC realms - I’m certain you have a source to back this claim up.

Even now, 124 post in, theres only 2 of you guys even defending this idea that you might be right. That says something right. The fact is you are wrong and it’s okay. Either way I’ve given y’all enough popularity in the forums today. Post has been bumped way too many times by me. I’m down for a perma TBC server that will forever allow for those builds and that era. It was a special era for many and the fact that it’s sandwiched between vanilla and Wrath makes sure it gets ignored. Like most middle children…

i do find great joy in both vanilla era and sod. i would like to raid naxxramas sunwell and ice crown all in 1 week. the classic era numbers and private server numbers would suggest a healthy population of prob around 10k in each of the big 3 expansions years down the line

Blizzard we want a TBC Forever server, once TBC is essentially “done” with in this “Classic Classic Fresh” could you for the LOVE OF GOD not force us to WOTLK? At least give us a clone option to keep our characters on TBC - let us give you the god damn MONEY for it.

well said, I agree. plus only being lv 70, lv 60 content will still be fun. TBC certainly WAS the sweet spot. TBC ERA forever!
