For them to learn a lesson there would have had to be real evicence that what they did caused a problem. Now other than the forum echo chamber where a small fraction of very angry people complained, what evidence do you have that path finder did cause a problem?

pathfinder was added in response to people unsubbing because wod was gonna be no flying at all. even then, i didnt get wod pathfinder till i met someone who helped me finish it. i’m always an expac behind, sometimes more, because the game is not player friendly on key features once pathfinder arrives. i have a stable full of flying mounts i cant use in every new expac.

I guess it will require some side quests and stories to be completed, as well some achievements with races or exploration like it was every time.
They should just scrap that system

Yep. Some just like the old ways.
I’d take slow no PF. NGL, I have a few wrath 80’s with no artisan flight. I have the money, but its saved.
I really don’t mind of I take 1 minute longer to turn in my wintergrasp quests. or way longer to skin animals in the basin. I am in no rush to mindlessly kill animals for over an hour. it taking 2 minutes longer flying is not a deal breaker.

and what is the point, selling normal flight mounts on the store for real money, then lock their use behind achievements some veterans cant do. its weird

Good point, I hadn’t considered that angle 
I don’t normally buy store mounts myself, but I can sympathize for the folks who dished out $25 on a flying mount… but have to “grind” just to fly with it, the whole thing seems silly to me when they allowed gimmick-flying from day 1 of the expansion

I am legit disabled, i can deal with DR, but i want my regular flight, and not want to jump through this idiotic time gate that has zero business being in the patch, since we have already had flying day one of the expansion.
If these DR fanatics can not see that simple point, they are literally trolling, and playing ignorant.

it’s not even hard to do the pathfinder. I just do M+ and do bi-weekly wq (mostly gold) and all I need is the new faction and 3 more renoun on centaur
