I’m having the same exact issue tonight. I was able to play last night and a lot off and on today, but tonight (9pm est) when I logged on, none of my characters are ‘found’ once I select one of them to load… it times out ‘character not found’. This is on Duskwood.

I mean, just think of how bad the actual Shadowlands launch is going to be? Looking like it will be the worst one of all time! We not going to be able to play for a week? On top of that we will probably just get an automated response of “Sorry folks! We are looking into it!”
You know why you withdrew your post?! Because just like blizzard, you wont send him the money he has lost.

I am getting this error as well on Area 52. Was playing fine all day. Now every alt is “Character Not Found”

So I had this issue off and on yesterday but I finished the day off being able to play. Come home from work today and once again my characters cannot be found…
Are you going to give us game time? It’s been 2 days I can’t login

Yeah I’m sick of this. I took two days off work for prepatch. Finally got my hopes up today to finally play with me roommate who has had no issues. It’s great watching them play and having them hold off on doing our weekly reset runs because of this.
Realm list showing no characters. After I manually select a realm, characters show up but I’m unable to log in, with a “Character not found” message

We are currently aware of an issue causing players to receive “Character Not Found” in-game and are working on a resolution.
Having this same issue. My servers are not loading to the top and i have to find them. Takes a few minutes to load up my toons, then the load in bar gets about 90% full then boots me back to the character select screen with a character not found.

im usually pretty supportive but this is pretty absurd this kind of thing is still happening. ugh.
