[Patch 9.0] Character not found

Mine are all at 50, it might have to do with something within the database where it thinks we’re still 120?

I can’t log into anything again. Character not found on every toon, and I cannot switch servers to try any others. It doesn’t pull up my toons on another server. An hour ago, I could log in, but I’d have to wait 10 minutes at 90% and hope the game didn’t lock up and crash.

Ugh, this is very frustrating. Some of us have limited times we are able to play. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. A response would be nice.

Same issue, I was able to play last night and earlier today but now, none of my character pop up on the realms. I scroll down to Bleeding Hollow and select it. My characters pop up but when I try to load in the game I get ‘character not found’ error

Wow Launcher.exe is really just a shortcut to the bnet app. There is a wow.exe file on the retail folder. That’s WoW’s executable.

"technically we did get a response in the form of them saying maintenance in the form of restarts happening from 7 AM PDT to 8 AM PDT, which is likely why we are getting no other response

Same mistake here, in all my characters. I also can’t create a new one. And a blizzard to help us ??! I’m paying for it!

Don’t use the launcher. If you go into the actual retail folder, you should see “WoW.exe”

Unfortuntely, this workaround didn’t work for me.

Same here on Dalaran, none of my servers show up with the number of characters I have on them. Then when I try and log onto character the load bar gets to around 75% and then I get a message saying “Character not found”
