My main account and my gf’s account log in fine, but my alt account has very slow entry and “character not found” issues, as people are describing above.

Tried all accounts on multiple computers, same results: two “good” accounts and one no-go.

Luckily for me it’s an alt account that is having the issue, but it doesn’t seem to be computer- or internet-related, nor does it seem to matter of I use the launcher or not.

Same, Stormrage server, I was logged in earlier in Boralus and got booted to character screen where it said “Character not found”

Same issue. Try to log in, have to select my realm, takes a couple of minutes to load my characters. Once they are loaded and I try to log in, it bounces back after about a minute and says “Character not found”.

Was playing all day fine. Relogged and now no character found. Restarted and checked drivers, no mods installed.

Same here. Been trying to get in all day. Stormrage server. A refund is the expectation here. Don’t launch a product if it’s not ready.

Same issue here, WrA. Also, when I tried to make a new character all of my Allied Races unlocks were gone.

Nope. Nada. Same thing. It logs in as usual, then the retrieval of realms list takes a very long time. On logging in to game server, the black screen shows up and after a couple minutes the toons show up. Clicking on a toon, it starts loading then at around 90% loaded, it goes back to the toon selection screen with “Character not found”.

So I’m going to throw my own onto here. Server Argent Dawn.

I noticed when logging in it wanted me to choose a server the server list did not show any characters for me across any server like it normally does.

My character data is propagating across into Battle.Net as when I select a character it reflects the level squish .

What new dark hell is this? We’ve done these xpac expansions for years
 surely we’ve figured out the buttons not to push by now haven’t we?

Neither starting from .exe nor logging out and in to Battle.net is clearing the problem for me. I was able to log in and play for awhile earlier today, but when I logged out to eat dinner 
 same problem as last night.

When I click my wow launcher .exe, it just opens the Battle.net App and doesnt even open WoW.

Your mileage may vary, folks.

I just started having these issues, went to switch characters and started having these issues after trying to log back onto this character, my friends are able to log in just fine but not me. We are all on Area 52

Now my characters are back at 120, maybe that’s is why can’t be found, lol
