Patch 8.3: Peace Treaty Questline

She’d have to wrest Varian’s blade from the cold carcass of his son first.

I’m pretty sure in this scenario she is Anduin’s caddy.

I’m kinda amazed it’s not M already. Being tasked with a quest to rescue civilains where by design you can’t save them all - consigning those you couldn’t to an agonizing demise - is a lot darker than any M game I’ve played since Spec Ops the Line.

This is the same game where torching Goblins with a fire elemental and crushing humans in a Mag’Har death wheel are depicted as glorious.

It’s tone is outright schizophrenic.

Oh good, another cinematic I’ll have to skip. It’s a shame such fantastic art quality is wasted on such a sh!t sandwich of a narrative.

Liadrin is now open to bring Yrel back to her senses through the power of Le-love.

Would like this to include a “side with Tyrande to stack the Horde a mile high”. You know, since Sylvanas loyalist got their little thing of cause trouble. Do not tell me the “Avatar of Elunes Wrath and Vengence” is going to grumble quietly and go along with it without a fight.

it would be cool if every single leader has a least a little line of dialogue explaining their position and not be simply cardboards with no soul.

Also, death to the horde.

but some of my close friends are horde :sob:

Since the Horde got an option to side with Sylvanas, at the end of the peace treaty can I side with Tyrande and give everyone the middle finger?

This is what Anduin meant by “Stand as one”.

but…i dont want to fight my friends…

The only change with the Sylvanas loyalty was you got to beat up Eitrigg and do some quests in Org. Everything else was basically the same.

Siding with Tyrande in the same way would mean she has some plan to beat up the Horde that she doesn’t tell you about and has you continue doing what you were doing anyway until she turns on everyone and just pats you on the head and says “At least you weren’t stupid” before running off to do her own thing. Though you might get to beat up… uh… Valeera or something.
