Outlaw Rogue talent ideas for DF

Roll the Bones is removed and replaced with something that isn’t garbage.

Steady Aim

• Pistol Shot damage increased by 100% and generates 1 additional Combo Point. Cooldown increased by 8 seconds. Opportunity now resets the Cooldown of Pistol Shot, but no longer applies its other bonuses.

Flowing Strikes

• Main Gauche has a 35% chance to trigger twice and immediately strike your target with Sinister Strike.

Lethal Consignment

• Dispatch critical strikes increase the damage of your next ability which generates Combo Points by 35% and causes it to generate 1 additional Combo Point.

High Impact Rounds

• Between The Eyes exposes weakness in your target, increasing the chance for Main Gauche to trigger by 5-25% on that target, depending on the amount of Combo Points consumed.

Blackhearted Parley

• Sinister Strike which trigger from Sinister Strike instantly cause Main Gauche to activate for double damage.

Cutthroats Decree

• When activated, your next Dispatch, Pistol Shot, and Sinister Strike within 6 seconds strike an additional time, however during this time you cannot regenerate energy and Main Gauche is disabled. 45 Second Cooldown. (idk)

Corrosive Strikes

• Your auto attack Critical Strikes reduce the targets Armor by 1% for 15 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Once at 5 stacks, the target takes 15% additional damage from Main Gauche as Shadow damage.

Violent Execution

• While Adrenaline Rush is active, your abilities act as if they consumed one additional combo point. Every additional combo point spent this way increases your Haste by 2% for the duration of Adrenaline Rush.

Illicit Compounds

• Your Instant Poison damage is increased by 25%, whem Main Gauche triggers, it applies Instant Poison for 50% increased damage.

Unfair Advantage

• Ambush can be used out of Stealth. Ambush cannot be used while stealthed. Ambush cooldown increased to 8 seconds.

Mourning Mist

• Cloak of Shadows will also activate Blade Flurry, Adrenaline Rush and Feint for 4 seconds. Cooldown of Cloak of Shadows reduced by 15 seconds.

Frenetic Flurry

• Blade Flurry strikes which hit an additional enemy restore 1 energy and grant (1+ (Character Level / 10)) Versatility during the duration of Blade Flurry, stacking up to 25 times.

One-eyed Precision

• Opportunity will also cause Between The Eyes to strike up to 2 additional enemies within 8 yards of your target.

Trail of Blood

• Striking an enemy under the effects of Between The Eyes with Gouge causes them to bleed for 60% of the damage from Between The Eyes over 12 seconds.

Retroactive Coordination

• Vanish causes you to generate 1 combo point per second and restore 10 additional energy per second for 5 seconds.

Organ Buster 5000

• The range of Kidney Shot is increased by 20 yards, and its duration is reduced by 1 second. When kidney Shot ends, the target is slowed by 25% for 2 seconds.

Unethetical Excision

• Every third use of Dispatch, Pistol Shot, Ambush, or Sinister Strike cause the target to bleed for 35% of the damage taken over 4 seconds.

Zealous Foresight

• Every 5 seconds in combat, gain 1% Versatility, stacking up to 10 times. Once you reach 10 stacks, the Versatility is lost, and you gain 10% Haste fading by 1% every seconds over 10 seconds.

Buckshot Ricochet

• While Blade Flurry is active, Pistol Shot strikes one additional nearby target, which will chain to up to 3 additional targets. Damage reduced by 15% for each time it has chained.

Outlaw seems to be very bland and there’s not really a lot to work with, I think it needs a bit of a revamp.
