Option to hide transmog

For ones like me, that is because we see it as the only way they can’t ruin his character more.

That sounds suspiciously like “living on a farm upstate”, but I also don’t remember most of what happened in Dragonflight so that might actually be the case.

Either way I’m sure he’s in a better place now.

He’s free to go hang out in my garrison on Draenor.

I think we’re all still pretending WoD never happened.

He had a quest on the plains that had him deal with the centaur there, and Blizzard made him a bigoted jerk (warranted due to his history with the centaur mind you) possibly to paint him as one that still had his hang ups and blind spots.

Murloc goggles, corgi goggles, giggle goggles and eyes for you toy.

Debatable.

He has no problem telling Talanji “hey you should like surrender to the people that just killed your dad cause peace man.”

But he can’t follow his own advice.

No.

Also, print out your post in 72-point type, fold it until it’s all corners, then take it as a suppository.

Yep. People don’t want their personal expression removed from gameplay. They will find a way for people to see their outfits, no matter what. It’s why transmog even exists.

It’s not a “movement.” It’s simply that people enjoy fashion. They enjoy creating a character identity in a video game that they can’t create in real life. It’s how they choose to bring a little fun to their lives and others.

These are not mutually exclusive. And yet here you are “playing dress up” on your character…

With the Centaur and Baine, it sadly was the centaur did not kill his father or anything but Baine himself was the one captured by and almost killed by them.

This is one thing I think some forget, with Talanji, she suffered from the actions of the Alliance second hand where as Baine suffered the actions and treatment of the Kalimdore centaur first hand.

Anyone getting on Baines case for not following his own advice, might as well be saying “you can advise others who lost family to someone to push for peace, but you can’t make peace with those who hurt you personally?”

I am not saying they did not goof up again with Baine, but it was a bit different. Almost like with Baine, he can bury the hatchet when he was not the one affected directly (1st hand0, keep in mind, Baine did not seek revenge on Garrosh after Garrosh Killed Cairn.

Maybe it is just me, but I don;t see Baien as not following his own advice as there was at least 1 degree of separation. Maybe the better argument here would be Baine being like “I know the ones who killed your father also captured you and held you prisoner but you should still push for peace with them”. That would at least paint it more as Talanji potentially suffered at the hand of the alliance the same way Baine did at the hands of the centaur.

You can enjoy fashion and not make it so others have to see what you wear if they don’t want to. We’re talking in circles here… the purpose of this thread isn’t to win an argument, it’s to simply post an opinion. You have yours, I have mine. Case closed.’

Can’t compare the two because I’m not making a point where people have to see what I decide to wear. I wear what I wear for me, not others. That’s where the two differ.

The only reason I see this not getting added would be that it is kind of an ad blocker.

Blizzard will want you to see other people wearing their new shop bought skins in hopes that you buy one too.

They wouldn’t let you not see their walking advertisement.

Two explanations:

  1. migrating before the sundering
  2. different centaur (the ones on Kalimdore are said to be the result of a union between a son of Cenarius and the daughter of Therazene, where as the dragon Isle ones trace there lines back to Terei and Maruk)

Yes, I can. You just tried to demean others with the whole “playing dress up” when you use transmog yourself.

Don’t demean others and you won’t get called on it.
