Would it not then be prudent to correct or follow up on that wording instead of remaining silent and perpetuating the issue further?

Also, don’t assume to know what people have done or not done. Replying directly to the CM may be the fastest way to bring the issue to their attention if they check their message replies. Those people (myself included) may also be posting in the bug forums as well.

in order to do that, it first has to be established there’s a problem.

then a fix needs to be created and rolled out.

QA don’t come here looking for bugs.

Don’t ask the dentist to change your brake pads.

If you want something seen by the right people, it needs to go directly to them.

Right, because “we are aware of the reports of players people not receiving replacement caches and it is being investigated” wouldn’t be better than silence.

Is there a particular reason you are defending poor customer service?

I know plenty of dentists who I would trust to replace my brake pads. They’re quite proficient home mechanics, I would even say some are better than some so-called professional mechanics. That’s kind of a bad analogy.

If a CM posts here, clearly that CM is monitoring this forum. They didn’t make this thread, they responded 26 posts into it. They provided relevant information as a follow-up to an ongoing issue. So why didn’t they respond to one of the many threads in the Bug Report forum? I imagine it’s because they believed posting here would get the message out with the most exposure. And that’s exactly why everyone is replying directly to the CM’s post, they’re trying to get their messages back to the CM with the most direct exposure as they can. Especially considering up until this post, Blizzard has been entirely silent on this issue and the Customer Support tickets have been extremely frustrating.

The dragon world bosses in the basic zones are this week, in 2 weeks it will be the elders world boss due to that raid being out, and the. The bear dude will drop big loot due to the other raid being the one on rotation

This doesn’t answer my question though what level is the gear drops suppose to be now…is it suppose to be 480 or not…like I said I got 480 on one toon but 441 on another …and 441 on toon that got 480…

If you go to the dungeon journal and click on raids, and click on the world bosses it shows what bosses drop 480 + loot and the ones that won’t. It will change every 2 weeks

I have the exact same issue.

Opened a ticket and one GM told me they’re aware and a fix was implemented. I responded back saying I didn’t get my mail, another GM told me tough luck, if I didn’t get mail then I got what I deserved basically.

Thanks for the wonderful customer support as always Blizzard, can’t even tell who the real representatives are and who the AI are.

I got a correct ilvl timewalking item after completing Black Temple on Tuesday (506 hero-track piece), but it can’t be used in the revival catalyst for some reason. Others are saying that this was fixed at some point, and people who did it later can convert their equivalent rewards using the revival catalyst just fine.

Since they apparently fixed this after I got my item, how come we aren’t getting replacement items also? This 506 Hero-track legs that I got would be a great piece if I could use it in the revival catalyst, but otherwise it’s a liability since you can only afford one non-tier piece in a tier slot without breaking your 4-piece.

I’m still effected by this and I am told basically since a fix for it was sent out if im still having the issue there is nothing that can be done.

Been over two days and still not gotten my replacement either. Ticket basically told me to accept that I was not important enough to get a replacement. I reopened my ticket it and sighted posts of people who did get a replacement. Sounds like Blizzard is telling all of us it is a great time to go play other games. Or at least run content naked because gear is no longer important.
