If you turn on Layering, what are you going to do about gold sellers?
Sellers (and others) will buy up thousands of BL, Arcane Crystals, etc. on layered realms and transfer to realms with a normal supply. We already see this a bit - it’ll be exponentially worse if a handful of realms are layered.
You won’t just harm the economies of layered servers, you’ll be harming the economy of every medium-high population server in Classic.
I don’t mean to be rude but you are just now asking this when we’ve been asking you guys for this for weeks now. The answer to your question is all over your forums and reddit. The answer is YES please bring back layers for the time being, stop transfers to major servers (which thankfully you decided to do recently after we’ve been begging), and increase server cap.
You have your answer, it’s been in front of you for weeks, please don’t wait weeks to take this into consideration and please implement this as soon as tomorrow’s weekly maintenance.

Please turn layering back on. The economy on large servers are already ruined compared to vanilla where the biggest server pops were much smaller. Layering would fix this base issue with the economy AND remove the queue issue that currently prevents raids from occurring on time due to constant efforts to disconnect people AFKing in towns while staying online.
Please add layering back until the virus fervor subsides. I don’t care even a little bit if it lowers the egregiously high price of lotus and crystals.
I would like to see layering return as a whole. Herbalism outside in the world is near impossible. Black lotus spawn timer is horrible for single layer to the point that you have to hope one spawns the very second you are near it. And we need black lotus to spawn a boss in ZG. I would like to see layering be capped to say 4 layers for full population servers 3 for high and 2 for medium and low population servers, with the layering lock out timer. The endless layers and shifting between them was pretty bad but layering was not a horrible idea when private servers even adjust the spawn rate on herbs so that they spawn more frequently. I would like the herb timers also looked at. Please and thank you!
Considering the realms in question you can’t even transfer too, you can only transfer off, that’s already a non issue, if anything it’ll indirectly help other economies
As much as layering goes against the vanilla world, so do these server sizes. The servers already can’t handle the massive pvp that can happen in blackrock mountain or at a world boss so if layering is what it takes to make the game playable I guess that’s our best option, it’s just a shame the servers couldn’t handle the massive pvp because you guys basically removed that amazing part of this game.

Quit ruining the game. Private servers handled more players with no layering. You kill the game when splitting the community. All this money and you can’t figure it out?

All these people saying they’d rather sit in 4 hour queues than play with layering are nuts. Also would scale up Black lotus availability on full realms where they’re 250g each

Yes please do. The world was never meant to hold this many players, we desperately need layers or some other solution.
