I regret resubscribing two days ago several minutes before this NPC disappeared. How do we escalate a report, because this one needs looking at

Admiral Rogers is MIA.
I have tried all the usual things (e.g. logging out and back in, deleting WTF and Cache folders, abandoning quest and retaking it, removing addons, etc.). Nothing I tried lured the Admiral into returning to give me my loot. Kinda rude of her if you ask me.
This is just so insane. Iâm a Horde main, but I enjoy playing Alliance too, and I have to skip a good portion of the first zone cause of this bug

They get on âfarmsâ within 24 hours but this!!! THIS THEY LEAVE BROKEN FOR NEARLY A WEEK!!
Adding my complaint to the list. As of 6/5/24 around 6 p.m. CST it was still broken for me as well; I tried all work-arounds and none of them worked.
Because it hasnât been posted on WoWhead like the other things that were nerfed lol

Made an alliance toon so I can buy the Theramoore Tabard but got to this point in the campaign and itâs still bugged.
6/6/24 Just logged in today and this bug still not fixed! Sent numerous bug reports but still nothing from WoW. Thought they might fix it during maintenance on Tuesday but of course not.
still bugged. im just spamming dungeons and lfr to level. ;(

Still bugged on Thursday. can we report this as a bronze or thread farm so they can get on it faster?
Iâm beginning to wonder if Blizzard even monitors these forums. Even if they havenât gotten to fixing it yet, a simple acknowledgement would be great so we know it is known and on the table to be worked on.

Thank you for contacting us today regarding the issues with this quest, Onward and Inward. We have received several reports on this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Iâve confirmed that we do have an investigation already opened and our QA and development team are working on a resolution.
To offer a bit more transparency into how these reports are processed, hereâs what our Quality Assurance team does with them upon receiving:
- QA team gets bug report and tests to replicate the bug, attempting to pinpoint the source;
- When QA team replicates the bug effectively it is sent to the Development team;
- Dev team gets report of bug and source then work on resolving the conflict in the code;
- Dev sends back to QA to test the fix;
- QA weighs the bugâs detrimental effect on the world if fixed or not fixed (for example, will the fix actually cause more problems in game than not being fixed);
- QA sends their decision to development;
- Development creates a patch or hotfix for the issue and releases to the community;
- Players download the hotfix/patch.

SO they do know about it, just give them time to fix it
I was told by one of the GMâs to post in the bug reports part of the forums from my support ticket. They said they know of the issue and as of now, there is no fix. How sad.
Make sure to post in this forum and reply to other posts about this topic. Make sure the visibility is number one. Considering this is âessentiallyâ game breaking.

Cannot find Sky Admiral Rogers anywhere to turn in this quest therefore stuck on this questline. Have tried all of the standard fixes but no luck. Very frustrating on a limited time questline.
