'Om Nom Noodles' is Open for Business

Pandaren New Year Festival note:

As a reminder, the Lunar Festival is going on this whole coming week. If you want to get yourself some festival clothes and don't want the standard red dress / suit sold at AH, this is your chance!

Simply earn 5 coins of ancestry by visiting ancestors throughout Azeroth. A list of these locations can be found under Achievements > World Events > Lunar Festival by continent. There are also easy maps / guides on fansites such as wowhead. Then, simply turn in your 5 coins at Moonglade in northern Kalimdor.

While you can also buy fans and kites at AH any time, Om Nom will be selling them at a discount at the event itself. While it's not required to wear festival gear to participate, it's just more fun. :)

Hope to see you there!!

When is Pandaren New Year Festival
When is Pandaren New Year Festival?

It will be this Friday, January 27th at 8pm realm time. Meeting at the hot air balloon outside Stormwind. :)
Things are getting exciting as we plan for the Pandaren New Year festival this Friday.

Our friends at Tempest Born Company have arranged our fireworks show, set to music and everything. Fancy! Haha.

Spread the word. Bring your friends and guildies to join in the fun!
Woohoo! The Pandaren New Year event is happening tomorrow, folks.

Get excited! :D
Visited these guys for the first time last night, had fun!
Today is the day. Happy Pandaren New Year's Eve!

Meet us at the hot air balloon outside Stormwind at 8pm in your festival gear. (We will have some things for sale at discount if you need festival clothes, fans, kites, etc.)

We'll start the night off with a dragon parade. Walk or slow ride your flying serpent, dragon turtle, other Pandaren mount, (or any mount really, but we encourage you to get in the festive spirit).

We'll travel through the city and end in the park where we'll have a noodle eating contest, drunken footrace, fireworks, and red envelope money for all our guests. :)
Tonight's Pandaren New Year event was a smashing success!

So many people came out to join us for our dragon / turtle parade. We added even more to our numbers as we moved through the city yelling 'happy new year!' Everyone looked great in the festive gear.

Dartan won the noodle eating contest, and Ranaelen was victorious in the drunken footrace...even if both appeared a bit worse for wear by the end. They did their ancestors proud!

Everyone seemed to like the red envelopes we handed out, and the ending fireworks display by the Tempest Born Company was spectacular.

We here at Om Nom were excited to share some of our Pandaren culture with the human capital city. We hope to do more festivals in the future. :)
All this week, there is an rp Market Event happening in Stormwind park (mage quarter side by the apple tree) from 5:30-9pm realm time, headed up by the Cottonbottom Trading Co. Vendors of all sorts are selling goods and exotic wares. Whether you're buying or selling, come join in on this super fun rp event! :D

Om Nom Noodles will be joining the fun today (Wednesday, March 1). Our noodle carts will be there starting around 6:30 or 7p and stay until the GNews starts at 9.

Hope to see you there!
EVENT: Wednesday, March 8 at 7:30p realm time

Can you out-eat all others with a gut of iron? Drink your competitors under the table? One of Om Nom Noodle's top chefs, Shinafaye, is organizing a Eating / Drinking Contest for our customers and employees. Bring your A-game to compete against your friends and neighbors in this fun contest.

Want a calendar invite? Contact Shinafaye in-game.

Meet at Om Nom Noodles ('Essential Components' shop in central Mage Quarter of SW next to the witch hat kids) @ 7:30p realm time. Event will start at 8p sharp.

Hope to see you there! :D
Whoot!

Today is the day for our Eating / Drinking contest, hosted by our very own Shinafaye. Bring your appetite and thirst along as you take on Pandaren-sized portions of food and drink. Starts at 8p realm time, sharp, at Om Nom Noodles restaurant.

May the strongest stomach win! Haha.
Saw y'all at a recent Gnome Gnews at Gnine, long lines!
AHA! This Eating / Drinking Contest event was so much fun.

I'm amazed to report that the winner of the noodle eating contest was a gnome! Now that's an iron gut. And the winner of the roulette style drinking contest was a fellow Pandaren.

Everyone had such a blast. If you missed out, you definitely missed out. But don't worry...

Shinafaye plans to hold these contests bi-weekly. So mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 22, and keep an eye out for more details and new 'rules' to spice up the game. :D
EVENT: Tea Garden

WHEN: Saturday, April 22 at 8:30p realm time

WHERE: Stormwind Lion's Rest Park, (grassy knoll between Varian's memorial and MQ-side fountain)

In celebration of spring's arrival, Om Nom Noodles is hosting a Tea Garden event for the general public in Stormwind. Our own tea mistress, Jinfara, will lead a traditional tea ceremony while guests participate around small tables under lovely, blooming Pandaren trees.

We'll also be collaborating with the staff of Honeyreed Tea Co. afterward to share samples of different Pandaren teas and tea cakes by phenomenal baker, Liz Koraha.

So come relax, bring your kites and festival garb (if you wish), and enjoy the arrival of spring with us! :D
We'll be making public announcements for the Tea Garden event around the city this week to get the word out.

Should be a fun night...relaxing atmosphere, outdoorsy spring environment, fresh teas and sweet treats. Good times.

Also, this IS open to the public, so invite everyone you think would enjoy themselves. :D
Busy farming red, blooming Pandaren trees in Halfhill to add to the ambiance of this event.

Going to be so fun. :)
