Been here since launch, though my hunter Thakar was my first character. My druid Adilwynna was my main through a couple expansions but the gnome has always been my favorite.
Been playing here since launch, although I mostly kept to myself. BC was definitely my favorite expansion - horde got paladins, and paladins (eventually) became viable as raid tanks - being able to leverage some unique abilities to make a real difference in content was a blast!

Given that I work as a med tech in a hospital trauma unit now, not much can gross me out anymore.
