Just play retail dude you already got what you want. You got xmog, no cost respecs, flying. It’s got everything you have ever wanted!
My retail bias? I’m gonna be playing Classic when it comes out, lol.
but i don;t got the classic experience or playstyle
Yeah but you obviously enjoy and play retail as well? I mean there isn’t anything wrong with having a bias, but you clearly have one.
And I don’t get the classic experience or playstyle in BfA but there are new graphics and models. It’s a package deal.
And you won’t with the changes you are asking for either so how about you either choose between having what you want and having the classic experience like you said.
I think i know what i want and what the classic experience is I PLAYED IT
I WANTED WARCRAFT 3 REFORGED for years, I wanted to revisit past expansions, BUT I WANT THEM REFORGED like Warcraft 3 AKA better graphics and visuals but same gameplay
And I don’t want WoW Classic as “Reforged”, I just want it to be classic. Do you see the problem here?
THIS is why you have options TO PLEASE BOTH SIDES!
LOOk at starcraft HD having options for CLASSIC and HD look
And that’s not the classic experience. You even said you won’t be able to play the classic experience through bfa. You also won’t with what you are asking for. In WC3 reforged you won’t be re-experiencing WC3, you are playing an updated version of WC3. WoW classic isn’t built around the premise of making vanilla updated, it is about bringing it back to the same exact spot it was as close as it possibly can be. Do you understand that?
Based on what? Criticizing both of them in my posts?
Oh my god. A we going to go into this again? Scroll up a bit. It was discussed already. Blizzard couldn’t make it work in the current version, what makes you think they can in Classic? The option never worked properly and then it was removed, when old models got skeletons replaced.
That’s a remastered version. WoW classic isn’t a remaster. It is attempting to emulate the original exactly, blizzard has said this idk how many times why can’t you accept this.
It’s clear you have a bias that’s why you were getting defensive this isn’t rocket science man. Do you or do you not play and enjoy retail? I am not saying that it is a bad thing or you shouldn’t, I am just saying it is clear that you do.
Arguing against something must mean I have a bias… That’s a pretty broad definition that seems to misunderstand the word “bias.”
IF You can easily have both options WHY NOT?
don’t go on saying it ruins your experience because that is BS when you can have options
No… the fact that you are defending it by telling people they shouldn’t bash it because classic has faults of it’s own is a dead giveaway of your bias. Humans are very easy to predict and understand, like I said this isn’t rocket science it is clear you have a bias. If someone came in here and said “This french movie here is garbage, this other french movie was way better”, you would have been silent unless you clearly liked the first movie.
Because you can’t? Funny how you completely ignore the entire thread of discussion that tells you exactly that. New and old models do not work together. At all.
I’m not telling anyone what they can or can’t do. I’m criticizing how they do it. Again, a good review focuses on the actual product. A bad review culminates in “I don’t like this thing because it’s not this other thing that I do like.” I doubt anyone wants to read my review of a book, that’s mostly about how much better an other book is. It really doesn’t inform them of what the current book is about or what my actual problems with it are.
Because that isn’t their plan and they have told us a thousand times over that isn’t their plan. If they were making a remastered version and came out in 2017 and said, “We are making a remastered version of vanilla with updates and such to make it better” then sure they could. But they 100% said they are making classic as close to the 2006 version as possible.
It may be easy to just put some chocolate syrup in my spaghetti and meatballs, but if I advertised that I wasn’t going to, then I would be expected not to.
