That’s not my argument that’s just fact. I am telling you that we could go back and forth all day for and against systems like this but at the end of the day we both know it isn’t happening so it’s a waste of time.
Oh so because they added those two things that means we need to go full monkey and just start adding stuff like new graphics huh. Might as well throw in a xmog and dual spec too then.
Xmog was the most demanded feature in vanilla wow up to Cata(before ti was called XMog) when we finally got it, i remember seeing polls also saying it was the best feature ever added
I am pretty sure tanks and Healers would love Dual Spec, dps honestly don’t matter really as much as tank and healer for this.
We do not know that it’s never going to happen. The development team would have to chime in on how easy/hard it is to have differing graphical overlays, but the work is literally already done on both new and old models and animations.
You’re right, vanilla didn’t have toggle-able models, because they literally did not exist yet. Do you think they wouldn’t have tried to improve the graphics if it was possible at the time?
Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the original graphics just fine, and if they are the only thing available, I won’t complain a bit. But I don’t get how anyone can argue against an option that literally changes nothing to gameplay or anyone other than the user that selects the option, as long as it doesn’t negatively impact development.
We aren’t getting a version of vanilla that has all the features we demanded back in vanilla genius. There is already a version of WoW like that, it is called BfA, it has all the features we asked for and that trash can is what we got.
Idk how many times you fools have to hear from blizzard “We are making classic as authentic as possible” before you finally get the message. Obviously at this point your delusion is stronger than any type of logic that can be thrown your way. Go back to GD
Transmog does change how it plays, to an extent. At the time, your enemy could tell your gear and size you up by simply looking at you, and I totally get why people would like to keep that aspect the same.
A solution to not affect the gameplay would be that your transmog would only be visible to you.
Why am I even wasting my time on such moronic people on here I am disappointed in myself.
You know what knock yourself out you go ahead and ask for xmog and dual spec and flying and all of those things you think will make classic better, doesn’t effect me because I am already getting the game I want. Can’t wait to hear your tears in classic!
already suggested this like 5 times in different ways, purist do not like anything that isn’t pure even if a option can be made where they don’t see it.
also HP imo was a easier indicator to someones power then trying to identify their gear in PVP. Specially if they had a clown suit
There would be no need to create new animations for the old models they already existed.
In fact other than drawing new armor to fit the old models little to no work should ever have had to happen to old models.
No matter what misinformation you try to spread character model toggles never worked correctly and every attempt to make them work correctly has only damaged old models and animations even further.
I really wonder why we constantly have to turn everything into a conversation about how “This Retail thing sucks, Classic’s was better.” I mean hell you can say you like something from Vanilla more than the current version, that’s part of the reason we’re going back. I just don’t see why we need to explicitly crap on the current game, and the current artists. The game looks great. I also liked how it looked in 2004. I don’t need to hate on the retail version to appreciate the past version.
