This all started when they accused me of “personally attacking them” when all I did was quote what they said to show the irony. It’s not far into the thread.
I seriously got accused of attacking someone for quoting them. It’s just odd how these people are allowed to flourish here but if we point out their behavior, we are subject to having our post removed.
It starts here. Crying wolf should be subject to the forum rules.

Oh, man. If Blizzard were to add the kinda housing system I prefer, I could totally build a house that looked just like that!

I just realized that since people are asking about instanced housing and how things can be done with it for trophies and whatnot… I should post some screenshots of how it works in Old Republic. I’ll try to do that later!

I would love if they expanded on garrisons to where each building was customizable in a way AND we can pick different locations for them to be.
They have the foundations there but it’s just ever so slightly off.

The transporting castle like in Krull would be dope. I want that glaive.
Magic turtle house?

Hey I wouldn’t mind a transporting house.
My head cannon for Fuzz is that they live in a mailbox that looks like a regular mailbox on the outside, but it’s super roomy inside.
Fuzz also steals mail.

I got pulled into a few of these types of interactions a few months ago. I started to block / mute people whenever it would happen, and now I rarely have someone being a pain.
Totally worth doing for your sanity. Most people here are nice!

I don’t block anyone. I am addicted to the dopamine hit of that little blue number beside my name going up!
C’mon! Who’s gunna do it? Daddy needs a fix! Do et!
Edit: Oooh yeaaaah, that’s the stuff…

You are correct. I am trying to understand the appeal of it. That is all.
Like I was saying it’s a way for players to express their creativity and imagination. Some people like to be creative, build, and design, decorate, tell stories, and generally roleplay in a roleplaying game, a good in depth housing system should allow that.
And that makes sense to me. I am not against player housing, as I would imagine I don’t have to do it if I don’t want to and that is good enough for me. Let people have it if they want it.

It definitely should not be forced.
the whole ruin battlegroup was like that.
Who cares…
Given the fact that GW2 is largely irrelevant these days, it’s likely an action in hopes to keep/boost the player base.
WoW has no such issue.
Besides, player housing is over-rated.
LOTR had housing.
It was all cool at first, but fizzled out rather quickly, as people saw that it wasn’t all that special.

Guild Wars II got player housing? I thought they had it already. Neat.
