[Oct 24 '21] Wyrmrest Accord realm issues

My guildy is reporting a blackscreen when attempting to login (error retrieving character list), my guild can’t exit the dungeon, and I’m stuck on a permanent loading screen after trying to exit.

We’d just started our m+ for the day.

Happening to me too on Wyrmrest Accord, other servers where I have toons are fine.

This is happening to my on Wyrmrest Accord server. I was disconnected while doing a BG and when I tried to log in, I got a black screen and couldn’t see my characters. I changed realms and every other realm displays my characters and I can log in.

I was just doing my Fishing and Cooking dailys on my mage on Wyrmrest Accord and I was suddenly booted from the server and now when I log on I get to the character screen and there is nothing in it.

I expect a lot of stupid stuff to happen now that we are a couple of weeks before the 9.1.5 patch launches (Nov 2)

I am experiencing the same issue. Disconnected from Wyrmrest Accord, and receive a black screen on logon. I’m able to log into other servers with no issues. Tested with multiple PCs.

It may be restricted to specific servers, groups, or regions.

I had no problems on Azgalor.

Seems to be a single realm so far. But the appropriate folks have been engaged to check all the things :slight_smile:

Yep, can’t get in :frowning: Never seen a single server go down haha this is real weird

Can confirm the issue, although, had the same thing trying to access Velen too (Emerald Dream no issue) the websites ‘realm status’ tracker says WRA is up though so that really should be fixed to show people it’s down

Coming here to report the same problem: Black character select screen, can’t log into WrA and only WrA.

It doesn’t usually produce a black screen. That would produce a “world server is down” error.

Not likely if limited to a single server. DDoS tends to affect everything attached to the network.
