Laughs in playing on a NA server from an OCE location.
I was in an all-OCE group last night (I’m NA and wasn’t lagging–Didn’t think anything of it).
Got told to be MM just to deal more damage and got called “trash” for saying no (I don’t keep any bows or guns, so I couldn’t change if I wanted to).
The DPS meter readout at the end was:
- WW Monk: 58.2k
- Me: 56.9k
- Druid tank: 35.9k
- BM hunter: 27.2k (he died the most, but at least he used his interrupts)
- REvoker: 5.8k
Got called “Trash” again. Really? /eyeroll
They kicked me out of the group before I even said ‘thanks for the party’ and started my hearthstone cast (I’m honestly surprised they waited for me to loot the chest).
If OCE want to stick with OCE, let 'em. I’m not impressed.
Lets be clear here us in aus/nz speak english you guys in na speak the red headed step child of english. Words to hard lets remove the letter u from everylike like colour cause we fail to spell it otherwise.

I play at US from Malaysia just fine. They just don’t know how to adapt to the ping. 200-250ms is normal for me.

it’s fine if you’re used to it. you’d have a tough time if you suddenly were playing at 20ms or at 400ms. that’s all.

I’d rather not have 170ms ping when doing keys.

That’s unplayable for PvP and barely even PvE-viable.
Normal SA ping is 100-170ms, and that’s already kinda rough on the high end.
When we get into an OCE server, game becomes unplayable (300-350ms+).
Blizzard should never allow SA players in a OCE hosted instance.
People can invite/decline whoever they want.

Probably due to lag from playing with people in NA and the language and culture differences.
I’d imagine it mostly ping. I wont join things I’m not over geared for because there’s usually a pretty noticeable ability lag.
And I feel like they way the game compensates for unequal pings it can adversely effect everyone’s experience.
I needed this.
