OK, so Blizz tech Iām in chat with- āso it does look like the whole thing is being looked into, so instead of trying to get a bunch of individual updates, itās just being worked on as a wholeā¦ā He re-sent me the mount and pet and knock on wood Iāve both logged out and exited the game and the mount has stayed in my collection but the pet shows as reIeased to him and I canāt add it to collection- says 1/1 collected so weāre working on that now. I know thatās not much help but at least Bz has recognized it as an outstanding issue.

UPDATE: Sent me the pet via my inventory, it stayed through logging and/or exiting game. Hopefully it stays.

The Rag bug is not random. It is caused by people leaving the pillars in the Nef fight.
Agreed. Itās ridiculous how there is no quality control.

There is a message up on the launcher:
āWe are aware that the LilāNefarian Pet and Obsidian Worldbreaker mount are not available to be summoned in game at this time. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.ā
At least theyāre working on it.

there is plenty of quality control relax. itāll be fixed and youāll have soon forgotten. itās annoying yeah, but saying thereās no quality assurance for blizzard games is just stupid.

Just an updateā¦I did the whole thing on another toon and got the mount in the mail and added it to my collection. I logged out and quit the game then logged back in on multiple toons and all of them had access to the mount.

Premade in group finder we couldnāt even be short one single dps or it was a 45 min wait.
post on blizzardcs twitter has acknowledged the issue and that theyāre working on it.

Did you buy the collectorās edition of Shadowlands? Did you see the untextured cube that was on the mount? Did you see that the transmog disappeared for people? Blizzard does not test things anymore.
My mount also dissaperared and I am very unhappy about it. I still have the achievement but, both the obsidian worldbreaker and lil nefarian pet dissappeared. I am unable to get them again, this happens on the toon I got them with and with all my other characters. And yes I had already summined the mount and the pet
same issue, i still have the achievement but cant summon the mount any longer, you only get the message you havent earn that mount yet

So here I was flying on my newly achieved (and very awesome I might add) Obsidian Worldbreaker mount when Iām forced to log out to pick my daughter up from school. When I return and log on to my beloved main I notice I am no longer riding my wonderful Worldbreaker mount and Iām falling to my death. After making the long run back to my body I find my mount journal telling me āYou have not collected this mountā. I sat down and cried.
TL:DR - Iām having the same problem as everyone else

Iām having the same bug. Completed the achievement on this character and flew around on my new Obsidian Worldbraker mount. When I switched to another character I noticed that I couldnāt use the Obsidian Worldbreaker mount on that character. Confused I went back to this toon, the toon I earned the Achievement on, and sure enough the mount is grayed out and it says I need to add it to my collection, even though I was flying around in it no more then ten minutes earlier.
so when can we expect this bug to be fixed?
