Same here mine mount vanish after i log on another character ! count the Mount panel like I doesānt have, but I got the achievement and im on use on another character . And Ragnaros had serious isses of bug lots of try fighjt against bug on fight lol .
same issue, i was able to use it then logged onto another character. Came back and it says i donāt have that mount.
Got the mount achieve, logged out.
Now it says I donāt have the mount
I think Blizzard finally found out how to keep players logged in all day ā make their mounts disappear!

Same here. Logged out to go on another character, only to see that the mount was not available, and greyed even though I completed the Raid Event.
I logged back on to the character I completed the event on, and the mount is unavailable as if i didnāt get the achievement.
Same here. I kept the achievement but both my pet and mount are greyed out. Currently waiting for live chat- says my chat wait time is 79 minutes. Ive been away from WoW for a bit and come back to this. Itās laughable how routinely they sh*t the bed these days.
The same thing has occurred for me as well. I completed the achievement and quest with this character and then logged in to an alt and they were unable to access the mount. When I logged back in to this toon, he could not access the mount either.
Same for me. Logged to an alt and it wasnāt in the journal. Went back to the main that earned it, gone as well. Good thing I dragged it to my action bar, so the main can still use it, but its gone from my mounts tab.

Wait time went down to 49 mins, then back up to 70 then back down to 52. On a real roller-coaster ride hereā¦

You might want to check that again. My main has it on his action bar but it tells me that I have not collected that mount when I click it.

Having the same issue. After unlocking the pet and the mount I logged out while on the mount. After logging back in I was still on the mount, but after dismounting I could no longer use it, also canāt summon the pet.

Well I was sitting on it, but now that I dismounted it went grey and cant use itā¦

I only have Cataclysm left and Iām thinking Iāll just wait.
They screwed this event up royally. Hoping they get it together and fix it.

Just earned the achievement and now mount gone, pet locked out, and of course the account bound mount is not there for any of my alts. Needs to be fixed asap! Spent hours this morning getting this.

Yep just earned the achievement on my druid, and my mount is now gone from my collections.

Same here. While Im sure blizz will fix this, its very āfrustratingā. Also some players may feel uneasy thinking they lost their mount.
