At least the event lasts 2 months, if they can fix the bugs in this first month we have next month to do it 
You’re going to make me cry! Well, at least I got a screenshot of me on the mount. Guess that’s as good as it gets right now.

My mount was bugged a few hours ago and disappeared.
I just relogged back into the game O.o it showing now back in my collection. Dunno if that means a hotfix was just done.

after how long? mine is still missing
I got my mount about 10am logged off around 11am and logged back onto my toon at about 3pm. That’s when I noticed it was missing. Just got access to it again about 5pm. Had to log off and back on.
Exact same thing. I did the achievement, went to school, come back, And it says I don’t have it. Same case with my sister, and she had to do the raids again.
