I was able to summon it when we completed the quest, but once I ported to Boralus I got the same error

Same. Got the achievement, grabbed the mount from my mailbox. Used it and logged to a different character and the mount is greyed out from my collections now.

I have the achievement for this mount, still have Chromie’s saved letter in my mailbox. I logged to an alt, came back, mount no longer learned. Can’t use it.

Same here. Logged out to go on another character, only to see that the mount was not available, and greyed even though I completed the Raid Event.

I logged back on to the character I completed the event on, and the mount is unavailable as if i didn’t get the achievement.

This is also the case for getting the Razerice Transmog Enchant Effect. And the Battle Pet which says it’s “Locked” for me now.

From my exp the Rag bug is random. My group had to do it 5 times before it finally worked and we only had half a group left with zero healers when we finally worked properly. All other bosses are working just fine.

With this mount bug I guess I just wont be logging off my Hunter till I have to.

I got the pet and couldn’t summon it, says it was locked, then I won the buggy event and got the mount. I changed to another character for a moment and the mount was grayed out, got back to the one I got it and same, though I still have the letter and the achievement.
