That did it! Wasn’t seeing it before but alas I saw the notification up above ty. Went to Geforce Experience and still showed up as I hadn’t yet upgraded to the new app thing yet.

It’s an nvidia promotion so Nvidea would be the ones you put in a ticket with. Blizzard wouldn’t be giving any other companies information that is trade sensitive particularly numbers that could potentially cause problems for blizzard if such information got out, think investors. Competitors in similar industries would love information that gave them an edge over blizzard.

I’m just going to put this out there, if you have code and don’t want it or need it. I would be forever grateful 
as my attempts were not successful in this either. I’m still in contact with Nvidia and they’re really sticking to their guns by copying and pasting the FAQ for the event…
I received my code. I tried to redeem it and it tells me invalid code. I copied and pasted the code but the last letter will not stay, it disappears as soon as i put it in.
Talk to nvidia as it’s there promotion and are responsible for the issue of codes to people not blizzard.
If you’re using the nvidia app, the code should appear there and you can automatically redeem it. If you received it from somewhere else it might not be the right code, or need to be redeemed in a different app like geforce one maybe (no idea, I already uninstalled them all again).
I got my NVidia code yesterday. Other than the 2h noted in the NVidia documentation it took over 3 days to become available in the NVidia app.
