I can see a logistics issue with incorrect number, but Blizzard know how many active players of the game there is. So you would think logically that they would have enough codes for all players
Blizzard knows how many players they have, but this is an Nvidia promotion utilising WoW as a carrot to get more people running their app.
Clearly there is some research done, but in this case the numbers may had been grossly understated.
If it were a Blizzard promotion, they’d just directly inject the mount into every player’s collection.

I think it would be fair from Blizzard’s side to add this mount to the Trading Post next month, and at a low price, like they did with the rocket for the Recruit a Friend event.
I played around the clock during the event period, even without knowing about it, but never received the rewards.

Then you will have to use the game suggestion feature id avoid the forums. It also wont be heard here.

Have any of you checked your mount collections? This mount was available from the Blizzard Store for a very long time. When I heard about the promotion with NVIDIA, I read the full eligibility and it said that it was a former Blizzard Store mount. I checked my collection and already had it (though I don’t remember when I must have bought it) so I didn’t think twice about the promotion.

Even with the mount already in your collection, you are given the code to claim on your Account Settings page. I bought the mount years ago on this account, but I was still able to claim the code. It then gave me the option to put it on my EU region license.

I received the code, everything is fine, the event is still active.

- Open Nvidia App
- Open WoW game from Nvidia App
- Play WoW for 50 Min
- After 50 min, Close Nvidia app then Reopen Nvidia App
- Go to Redeem Page of the Nvidia App and Get the Code
- Go to your Battle.net account and go to Account Overview
- Paste the Code to Redeem a Code from Account Overview
- Open WoW game again and check your Mailbox to receive your Mount

Did you launch the game from the nvidia app or the battlenet launcher?

If the event only lasted 50 hours (as the name suggested), it would have ended at about 8:30 PM PST last night.
Also had no success. I have an RTX3070, started WoW from the NVidia app and was in Nerubar Palace the whole evening yesterday (at least longer than the required 50min).
There is still no code under “Redeem” in the NVidia app, despite than I am in a supported country and fulfilled all the requirements.
This promotion event is just broken as hell, never had issues like this with Twitch.

I played WoW TWW for an hour on Geforce Now but I hadn’t updated rewards settings prior to this. Regardless on the 6th I played for that 1 hour and under Redeem for my Nvidia account no reward appears available, or even past rewards that perhaps expired. If it was limited availability then oh well, or perhaps I had to update rewards settings prior to this and did not know.
After fully signing up for rewards and to recieve email updates I still see no Rewards available and in Geforce Now App there is no Redeem option anywhere to be found. Geforce Now log shows I played for 1 hour yesterday funny enough.
I just checked my Nividia dashboard and the code was there. I’d been checking my email but after reading this and following the link above to make sure I could accept rewards I found the code.
Check your redeem tab. That’s where mine was.
