Yes, I’ve unlocked Naz’jar. My heart level is 87 and I’m pretty sure I’ve done at least some of In Darkness, I Dream but I still only have rank one of The Crucible of Flame.

Looks like you never finished the quest chain for rank 2. You left off with Don’t Close Your Eyes.
