im done…sit in IF on a pvp server…and complain more…
Thanks, its pretty fun!
I would rather the servers be balanced like they were at launch but if we have to cave in to filthy casuals and tourists I rather have them all quit.
The rare Alliance with balls ! much respect
So wanting to play the game fairly makes someone casual and a tourist? What kind of feeble “alpha” mentality is this?
Faction balance will never be perfect but it definitely needs to be MUCH better than it is now. 5v4 is much better than 5v1. Forcing merges will piss people off but Blizzard could be doing a ton more to help promote better balance than they have been.
I’m also convinced that anyone against faction balance is afraid of losing their little e-peen because they might have to ACTUALLY pvp.
Yea, I am actually a bit puzzled by people being so vehemently against measures to ensure faction balance. Its practically a requirement in faction/team based games if you want any semblance of decent gameplay.
We let casuals ruin the game once. Never again will we give in to scum again. They have retail and can go back if our old game is outdated for them.
“When players are bad at PVP they cry (You had more people) or (Factions are not balanced)” Yet most of the time they’re fair fights 4v4 4v6 6v4 1v1 2v2 in many cases I see 3 people destroy groups of 5-6 easily… Everything we read shows majority of servers are 50/50 or close to it some servers are more alliance some are more horde stop crying because you’re bad at the game…
Do you care to explain how faction balance is for “casuals”? THIS is ruining the game and goes completely against the spirit of the game.
Also, casuals did not ruin the game, Blizzard did. Casuals can kick and scream all they want but at the end of the day its Blizzard that makes the changes. This idea that faction balance is for “casuals” is beyond delusional and makes you seem like an incredibly small person.
Its most of the PVE servers that are alliance heavy. The pvp ones are very horde heavy. You are #$%king bananas if you think the majority of servers are 50/50. Not one consensus I’ve seen validates that.
If you really want to get an idea of the ratio of Alliance/Horde you can use an add on that reports back the number of AH items for each side. That will give you a rough ratio.
You could use the same method to get an idea of a population compared to one another. This is assuming someone would go to that much trouble
I have done some limited testing on select servers and it seems to be quite accurate. As accurate as any guesses and misinformed links people want to toss around. Dig up the info yourself.
The gates of Ironforge won’t keep them out long! They will eventually get hungry and come in after you.
Then they simply fly/tram to SW. It’s not hard to avoid the neckbeards if they so choose.
#nochanges this is how it was in vanilla the difference now is the soft player base.
You dont have to stand if you are a corpse.

Holla if you feel like you’ve been down the same road
It’s more that the vocal playerbase are triggerlords that only live to try to get a reaction out of the other peoples.
80% of the playerbase just do their own things, a lot of them are adults that wanted to play a game they enjoyed 15 years ago.
How do you fix that? Open PVP to PVE transfers for a limited time. That way people who leveled to 60 will keep their toons and PVP servers won’t be a graveyard of 60s ghosts. The 1337OMGQQMOREPVPers will be happy cause they will be able to 1337 between themselves.
they’ve been trying on a daily basis, its not particularly effective. they did group up nicely in the tram entrance yesterday though for easy aoe hks.
It was nothing like this in vanilla. People recognized pretty quickly that killing the same level 48s at the flight points in raids for 3 hours isnt a particularly effective method of honor generation, and quickly abandoned such activity.
