The quick fix can be just have a vendor sell it for 1 week for one copper once the event is over on twitch.

Literally completed it and claimed it at 10pm EST on the 28th and still have yet to receive it.

It’s been three days for me, no feldrake. It shows as “claimed” on the Twitch drops page… and the kite drop from a couple weeks ago showed up with no problem. Seems like an issue on Blizzard’s side.
Not sure that I care that much. It’s a hideous mount.

I’ve never really bothered with twitch, but linked my account and watched a streamer for the required time. I was actually already in-game when it said I’d reached the goal and clicked the reward button in twitch. Almost immediately I got the reward in-game.
If you haven’t got it yet did you click on the link in Twitch to claim it?
Tangentially, I can’t believe people were paying $3k for the thing. I didn’t even bother favouriting it.

Can confirm the make a second twitch account watch 4 hours to get the drop, delink old twitch from bnet and link new. Feldrake showed up 5min later soon as I relogged.

Still haven’t gotten mine. After 2 days of not getting it I tried un-linking twitch / b-net accounts and re-linking + watching another 4h of streams as well. Submitted my first ticket which got auto closed (even though I had attached screen shots), created a second ticket saying it has been over 72 hours. I guess we will see if this gets fixed.

Blizzard should but they might not. I took things into my own hands because I did not trust them to make it right. The person you ignored for being “ignorant” is possibly correct.
I mean right now all they are doing is just auto closing tickets. Hopefully they just give the community reps the ability to just grant it to people’s account, especially if they provide proof of it being claimed.

Right after I hit the 4hr requirement I received a notification from Twitch that I had met the time required and qualified for the mount, and was reminded to go click claim, which I did.
Mine showed up the next morning after reset at the top of my mount list that I had to unwrap.
That’s great. We’re glad it worked for you. Literally most of the people here that have an issue have done exactly what you have done but have no mount. Some of us have even tried the workaround and still no mount.

Same here. I opened a ticket with blizz, sent a screenshot of the claimed reward and in typical blizz fashion"we cant do anything about it" was the response. Awesome.
Stop opening tickets. Make a NEW Twitch account and rewatch the 4 hrs. Link it to your main and pray you haven’t added a new account in the last week. It’ll automatically accept the new account and reward you with the mount. Nothing else is going to help you, this is evident based on the people who never got their Dragon Kite.
