Today is yet another day my Feldrake hasn’t arrived either… I know they said it would take some time but I too am getting worried…Bliz needs to fix this situation please

Havent receive feldrake neither. its been 4 days since. On twitch shows that this campaign is already ended which I can’t make new twitch account like some people suggested.

I actually tried this method and it didn’t work for me. Saw it successfully linked on both blizzard and twitch accounts. Still nothing after claiming it a second time.

thank you. i followed all the steps but my blizz account wont let me delete my connection to my twitch account
Confirmed same… claimed it 4 hours after went live. Still haven’t received it.

Also claimed it very early and haven’t received it. Think it’s safe to say we aren’t getting it… unlucky for us early people. Very annoying.

Seems to be the most consistent thing. Those who claimed it within the first 5-10 minutes are not getting it. My overall hope is that they just give customer support the ability to grant the mount and all you have to do is provide proof of having claimed it + your accounts being linked. Would be a very easy way to solve all the tickets if they can’t figure out a way to re-grant them to those who didn’t get it.

havent gotten mine have put in tickets just to have them ignore and resolve the ticket prtetty sure we just are not getting it they screwed us

Is anyone who hasn’t received their mount understanding this?
I would say wrong…I claimed mine the first night and within 10 secs it was sitting in my mount stable tab ready to be opened up…so did a few of my guild mates same fast time…

apparently 9k views is still not good enough to actually take care of those who pay money every month… well done … here is the solution. give every single player the mount for free… who cares ultimately… or all those that have the Kite also give them the feldrake…
Anyone remember when you’d get mounts by playing the game instead of watching intolerable weiners play the game on twitch?

Been out of state for a couple days, Has blizzard still not acknowledged this issue at all?
i claimed mine on the first night too and didn’t got, i think the server was flooded by requests and didn’t responded well, some got, others don’t

Oh no it sure would suck if a bunch of people didn’t get it and then the window closed and they never released it again making it far more rare than it should be that would just suuuuuck for the rest of us who have it.

Same here. Watched over 4 hours the first day and here I am 4 days later and still no Fel Drake. I claimed it in twitch and my accounts have been connected. I received the dragon kite pet when it dropped instantly with no issues just by logging in the game but this is clearly a glitch. I put it a ticket 2 days ago and told me to wait 24 hours and closed the ticket on me. Now I’m left with putting another ticket in with a 13 day average reply time. What a joke this system is.

My friend and I both didn’t get the Feldrake mount when we were supposed to. I put in a ticket 2 days ago and my estimated time to resolve was 25 days. Today, my estimated time to resolve is 26 days and 21 hours. His ticket estimated time to resolve was 13 days. Today, he got a response and apparently has his feldrake. I don’t know if the ticket system is bugged or what but my estimated time to resolve is only getting longer.
