I finally got the Feldrake following the 2nd Twitch Account Method, where after claiming it in Twitch on this fresh account and linking it to my Battle Net after breaking the connection with my main, and I got it almost instantly in-game.
I really hope Blizzard still looks into this issue and help others who had this issue, even beyond the duration of the event. This really shouldn’t be happening, but what’s worse has been the radio silence and lack of support from tickets with automated replies.
Dont you need to wait 7 days to get link a new twitch?
I didn’t run into that and I previously within the last 3 days unlinked and relinked my account then linked up a new twitch account with out hitting the 7 day wait. Good Luck!
My ‘care’ meter won’t fill. Don’t think I’m getting it either.
created a twitch second account and linked the new one, claimed the reward, still nothing in game, reloged and the mount was there.
i have a support ticket with 2 days without awnsers
I did exactly this and relogged (closed game entirely) as Jaedan and Eduardo suggested - mount was gift wrapped in collection tab. Finally! Thank you Jaedan and Eduardo!
I’ll just keep being a thorn in Twitch’s side until it’s sent. shrug
I’m not going through the process of another account.
I don’t have Feldrake in the mounts list. Not grey, not as a gift, nada. For me Its BUGGED. Watched Max stream 10 hours, came up at 4, claimed, did not mute, no changes since kite and no drake.
But my weird thing is it is not even in the mounts list which makes me think its there, wrapped and hidden in the back end. Check with no addons. Checked connections again, nada.
I got mine instantly after I redeemed it on Twitch and then logged in-game. I did have to link Twitch to my Battlenet account.
This worked for me, too. After more than 48 hours after claiming the mount on my first account, it still wasn’t showing up. I did what some others suggested and unlinked/relinked my Twitch account, but still nothing. I got the kite just fine! But the mount? Who knows what happened there. That I got the kite is evidence that it at least worked at some point with my account.
The fact that creating a brand new account worked instantly is kind of frustrating. We shouldn’t have had to do this to get the mount to finally show up. Hey, I’m all for watching good streamers and supporting them, but we were supposed to only need to watch 4 hours on one account, not 8 on two!
C’est la vie, I suppose. Glad I got my mount before the event ended.

Exactly they can’t expect hundreds of accounts to do this.
They have to fix it because we’re not expected to do this every time there’s an item drop with a problem

I’ll say I cannot link a new Twitch to my BNet to do what everyone else is doing. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received it. I also can’t find the feldrake in my mount list either (as unlearned or learned) so I definitely think this is a bug on Blizzard’s end
Funny thing. Now that I got it. I don’t really like it and after a quick flight above SW I haven’t used it since and probably won’t again.
Which leads back to the hub bub over it…people paid big money to get this in the past? Yikes.

Yea they do. I’ve gotten everything else including twitch drops from the other blizz games like Overwatch 2 and hearthstone.
My connection between twitch and blizz works. Also,Is this an official fix by Blizzard or is it an unofficial work around?
It’s quite obviously a problem that needs to be looked into for future drops. can’t go around ignoring problems and expect people to do a work around.
Takes 2 minutes for Blizzard/Twitch to say “You unlinked your account, we can’t help you.”

The change and reconnect are a workaround. The “not even in mount collection” is likely a bug. One lucky person’s ticket was replied to that they are working on a fix, so I will wait on that.
I have had a chance to look over our internal documentation on this for you, and it looks like the issue with some accounts not receiving the recent WoW Twitch drops has been reported by several other players. Our QA team is currently in the process of gathering reports to look into a fix, so I went ahead and added your account info to our internal bug report. Unfortunately, we don’t have a workaround for the issue at this time or an ETA for when that fix will be ready, but I’m sure if you keep your eyes on the hotfix log and patch notes, you’ll see it mentioned before too long!
