Surely I don’t have to tell you why this is non-sequitur
What is “no clip” flying???
I mean if the OP can make up statistics surely I can too? Or maybe it only matters when I do?
I didn’t see any made up statistics.
I use normal flying for 3 things. 1) when I have to go straight up a decent distance, especially when it involves landing on very tiny spots right above me. 2) VERY quick hops when killing rares or questing…flying forward 20 feet is better than launching like a rocket and going straight back down. 3) if I need to afk while I’m out in a zone, hovering on a mount keeps things from killing me.
For just about every other situation in the game, dragonriding is superior. Getting normal flying wasn’t a huge deal for me, but it does come in handy in those niches I listed.
I guess there is a 4th one…when I want to just fly slowly and explore and take in the scenery. Doesn’t happen all that often but sometimes I am in the mood. It’s hard to admire the scenery when you’re blazing past everything at mach 1.
Really? What would you call “no one” cares? How does he know, “no one cares”, I’ll give you hint, he has no idea.
Very standard hyperbole, the type that is used in daily conversation by “everyone”
I use Hogrus all the time in DF zones. I only use dragonflying if I intend to bypass all chests and nodes and just get to a certain point quickly.
No it’s not, he literally stated no one cared, when he had absolutely no idea of that. No idea why you’re defending his lies.
I’ve been using it quite often. I use it for “inter quest” target hopping, treasure picking after I blow the landing, picking stuff out of trees, etc.
It’s a very tactical tool now. For long distances, it’s DR all the way.
Yes, and this is not an unusual statement to make, nor is it a statistic that is made up. Your logic applies to almost any instance of use of “everyone” or “no one.”
Idk why I’m spending any effort explaining this, though, this is something the vast majority of adults understand.
“No one” implies 0%, was that really so hard for you to convert to a usable statistic? I would assume any capable “adult” could easily make that simple conversion, but apparently not in your case.
“No one,” conversationally, means “I have seen little to none of x”
There is no usable statistic to convert. There is no such thing as a complete sample size in reality, and to suggest there is makes this highroading of yours amusing but it won’t stay that way long.
Why not just admit you dislike OP’s tone, which is fair and warranted, rather than trying to force this narrative that they somehow lied? I also see next to no one using it, but I’ve already seen one reason I can empathize with in this thread to use it.
I use it, thank you. If I am doing dailies then I use it to hop around to the things I need to get for that quest. It makes it a lot easier. Then for long distance travel I use dragon flight.
Wrong. I’ve seen people use it and I’ve used it. Stop spreading falsehoods.
That’s what I do as well
The scout packs on the tree limbs are so much easier to get with old flying.
I use old flying so much more than dragonflying. Blizzard still disconnects you for going too fast sometimes
What are you on about? I only use OG flying in game now. I like hovering.
I use it probably 40% of the time. Most notably when I am doing a quest, using normal flying is better than dragon riding. Also if I am gathering I would rather use normal flying. So your post is a troll and bait to anger players who prefer normal flying.
Seething from world pvp players who can no longer gank players who afk as they go straight up in the air now. Fitting OP is a rogue. It’s all so tiresome.
