When you’re wrong, and don’t see that you’re wrong when provided clear proof and evidence. Arguing becomes tiring, because you’re content in being wrong. You all can continue your circle jerk trying to make yourselves feel better about something you incorrectly read, and took out of context. But it won’t change the fact that you’re wrong. Just because you’re upset does not make you correct. Sorry. They never said they “promised” more customizations for shadowlands, they said on multiple occasions that it was a possibility in the future. And that’s all they’ve said. Except for now, when they finally gave a definitive answer which is “No” there are no new customizations coming. Just because it’s not what you want, doesn’t mean it’s wrong or a lie. Just stop.

Hah, right? What’s worse is that the goatee’s mustache + chinstrap actually make a decent looking beard, you can check it by doing some amateur level paint crop and cut to see. Shameful, multi-billion dollar company.

I don’t know what you think “ongoing focus” is supposed to mean, but anybody reasonable would take it to mean that it will continue to receive development. Now we’re being told that it will receive exactly zero development for the next two years.

The weirdest thing is that they didn’t even use one of the new styles to showcase their cosmetic armour. The model showing the Venthyr set doesn’t use an existing version of the new female human styles, but an altered one. They changed the texture for it, which completely alters the style. They say that what we got is enough but… then change one of their styles they just added to be “better”?

This is the style that’s a collection of small dreads, but with a new texture. So they completely overhauled it with just that one, single change, but… we don’t get this style.
