Meanwhile other races got new skin colors, hair styles, hair colors, body jewelry options and colors, new face jewelry options and colors, hair toggle accessories, body paint, tattoos, makeup, etc.

I canât speak for that person, but it could be that the entire premise of there not being a new class or race was that they were going to focus on customization throughout the expansion. Itâs never a good look when a company contradicts themselves.

Yeah, I can kinda tell, I play on MG primarily and Iâm extremely disappointed, wrote my own reason for finding it hard to stay subbed last night and it kinda got buried but I still have it open in a tab.

They are completely different jobs and blizzard should be able to prioritize both. Itâs been shown that adding hairstyles takes minutes. MINUTES. by the art department.

Seems like they are focusing more on classic and bc classic probably because more people are playing classic than shadowlands now. After BC releases more people will jump ship to BC classic. Mostly because SL just isnât that great imo.
Itâs sad that only one side can complain about a lack of HE options, but people who oppose those options âhave no lifeâ.

And how much sub time paid is that? Why do mythic world first raiders cru and get attention, but the enormous casual base of the game get ignored?
I was promised updates in shadowlands. It was a sales pitch for THIS expansion, not one two years later. They are not delivering on a product the sold me.

Iâm unsubbing for false promises that blizzard has made, furthermore the âcontentâ they seem to add always seems to be focused on raiders and Mythic players. Like that is the only things people like to do in WoW. Not enough innovation on incorporating more interesting things like player housing, or expanding upon holiday events. Heck look at the measly amount of transmogs we get in comparison to see WOTLKâs selection. Each expansion they get lazier with transmogs and just reskin the same things over and over. Oh look at this outfit, its green, this one is blue. Be happy with your three colored variation outfit for this expansion.
There are a lot of things causing me to unsub, not just cause âMuH wugginâ no have tails.â Come off it and quit attacking people for having different opinions.

Itâs a shame because itâs such an easy win for them.
Let a designer or two go wild for a bit and just plug whatever new things that(those) artist(s) come up with into the existing infrastructure for character creation.
For the low low price of 1-2 artists, they can have something that gives them consistent good PR. Adding new choices and options for players in how they look is literally never a bad thing. At worst youâll get some bigoted folks shrieking about how XYZ skin color breaks the game, but those people can be ignored because câmon, itâs pixels. Unless they spend all their time adding options for a single race/gender for years and years without adding anything for the others to create a similar imbalance as male orcs have vs say⌠any undead, theyâre not going to have a loss for the game.
Everyone likes more options. It requires little in the way of resources. Low effort, high reward in PR, and people will keep playing if they get to look the way they want because a lot of us are connected to our characters and love them and stick around because we love our characters and the histories we have with them.
Itâs the softest of softballs, and theyâre going to⌠⌠I donât know sports metaphors, you get my point.

You canât go back on what is already delivered. Customization was added on the pre-patch.

plus its an ongoing thing they can always come back to, but right now they want to focus on making shadowlands better gameplay wise. i mean call me crazy but im ok with that. and thats coming from someone who was looking for farstrider/runic tattoos for blood elves and did not get them
