Kurog is a primary ST fight.
Probably not what you want, but there are some Mage changes listed here.

Are these trends the same for heroic? Because I’m pretty sure Arcane is supposed to be better at ST than fire.
As a long time frost mage I agree. The lack of changes or communication in general is disappointing. I have been waiting to see some mage balance changes announced but it has been pretty quiet.
If you look at log parses (across almost all difficulties, percentiles and bosses) frost is right near the bottom. It does not feel great being on the bottom even if you are playing exceptionally well.
I generally do not care about classes being imbalanced but it is now at the point where community perception of certain classes has actually lead me being removed from multiple groups because of my spec, and I’m not playing ultra competitive content…

Yeah, that was my feral in Shadowlands S3-S4. Unless it was pvp. Everyone was happy about it being that way.
I, for one, welcome our melee overlords.
Ranged is just toast in DF.
Wait for the warlock mafia to roll up with their 145k burst, and D-evoker hittin like 120k bursts lol.

What is wrong with mage? I just started leveling this guy in DF and he’s mowing down mobs like a boss.
Well we kinda have it better when doing dungeons. Melee kinda gets punished a lot.

heroic logs should be ignored because most of its cheese.
Ignore that hunter. They can’t even play BM properly in SL when all they had to do was manage barbed shot.
Thank god. Gets boring watching the main character never lose in the story.
Eh, I just feel more people would play heroic than Mythic. I don’t feel like mythic gives me a good impression of the average player pushing high end content.

Yeah, i mean the rotation isn’t too wild out there. But it seems like Arcane had a whole class redesign from the sounds of it lol.
Specs aren’t balanced around the average player nor should they be.
Heroic isn’t high end content.
Heroic raids are definitely high end content. The majority of players do not look at or play mythic raids due to their restrictions.
No they aren’t.
That doesn’t make it high end content.
Heroic is mid level content at best.
