Korthia was non flying and it was the middle shadowlands patch, they are probably following that formula. I, personally , am not close to finished with Vanilla TWW, so any extra stuff to do with my endgame 80s will be a treat.

nope again what u claim is objective is nothing but an opinionā€¦ i donā€™t get aroused when i watch underwater mating documentaries so iā€™m not sure thatā€™s working as you intended eitherā€¦ some things may scientifically increase the CHANCE you become attracted to something doesnā€™t inherently make anything beautifulā€¦ but we already knew another bad take was on the way once you started typing.

I think what appears as multiple beauty standards all really have a hidden connection.

I remember as a youngin in school getting mad that people said ā€œfat used to be viewed as attractive but now itā€™s not. Or pale skin used to be viewed as attractive but now itā€™s tan skin.ā€

But if you look deeper all of those things are just symbols of wealth. Which suggests that people are universally attracted to wealth.

Removing flying is miserable. Just another zone we struggle through and never play again, like the maw.

Even I, an Ion simp who hates flying will admit the Maw was awful.

When they give you flying and remove it is so much worse when they just start a new expansion with flying restricted.

Also the Maw had other weird design decisions. Very weird layout.

Made up concept. Subjectivity doesnā€™t exist because the ā€œselfā€ doesnā€™t exist.

Whether youā€™re religious or a materialist. There is no room for subjectivity to exist.

I donā€™t care. I want to fly, not deal with terrain. Stupid design choice as usual.

Blizzard doesnā€™t know how to increase felt player power so they just take some away and call it creative.

Honestly probably worth skipping this entire tier.

We arenā€™t getting a legendary ring. Weā€™re getting the same type of ring we received in Forbidden Reach and had nothing to do with any subsequent patch.

The moment I saw the cars drifting I called no flight in Undermine. They werenā€™t going to design a brand new feature/gimmick for ā€œground mountsā€ just to allows us to be able to ignore it completely and fly.

Iā€™m for it. Iā€™m sure weā€™ll unlock flight eventually but DRIVE looks fun and itā€™s good for them to try new things.

Yup, wealth is beautiful to peopleā€¦it is alluring. I donā€™t know if this explains Rubens he maybe was just a chubby chaser. :laughing:

There may even be hints of xenophobia when it comes to features, just look at the aquiline nose. Beauty is very interesting when you look at the connections to the wider world and time period. And now I have gone way off topic.

I kind of called this as soon as I saw that 3/4ths of TWW was underground.

I kept telling people that this was a backdoor way for them to restrict flying. They did not want to believe me.

There are several zones in the game where flight is not allowed. These zones include:

  • Most instanced content (scenarios, dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, and arenas)
  • Silvermoon City
  • Eversong Woods
  • Ghostlands
  • Exodar
  • Azuremyst Isle
  • Bloodmyst Isle
  • The Darkmoon Faire and Darkmoon Island
  • Tol Barad and Tol Barad Peninsula
  • The Molten Front
  • Isle of Thunder
  • Timeless Isle
  • Several Class Halls such as Dreadscar Rift, Hall of the Guardian, Heart of Azeroth, Mardum, the Shattered Abyss (Class Hall version) and the Fel Hammer, Skyhold, the Wandering Isle (Class Hall version) and the Temple of Five Dawns
  • Argus
  • The Maw
  • Korthia
  • Oribos

With the exception of the The Maw, all those other places are fairly easy to traverse as they arent very big.

There could also be some kind of gimmick/item that allows flying for a period of time (like the jetpack when mechagon was released).
