They are an OG Horde race just like Ogres, I actually believed they would be playable before the Zandalari or Vulpera even.

Bad intentions and no honest discussion possible. Jaina did just much more then that and it is never mentioned again.
That isn’t far off from how Goblins are anyway. They appear to be a crony capitalist/ mixed economy considering their society is broken down into cartels and they are usually governed by Trade Princes. I would be willing to bet unions/regulations already exist.
When activating the Goblin-Titan Defense System for the Spoils of Pandaria, Blackfuse asks “does anybody know if we’re zoned for this?”. The Iron Horde tech and construction were his doing, I have to imagine he is referring to some Goblin regulatory body and code.
There is also the Tinkers’ Union.

There was a boon of pro-goblin points in this thread involving Gazlowe and Henry Ford, so I genuinely have nothing but good hopes for goblin roleplayers in the future.

That is really cool. I think there are enough story precedents for Blizzard to expand lore about Goblin society without removing what makes them fun and interesting.
Like you mentioned before, I would love to see what wacky regulations they come up with.

I think it would be more interesting if Gallywix came to us for help. I hope we don’t kill him. He’s to funny to die.
Also hoping the raid isn’t Undermine. Maybe the Venture Co. Headquarters and main factory. Probably based in the Volcano. What is interesting is that there might be an Ethereal boss there too. The Ethereals seem to be working behind the scenes this expansion. Wouldn’t be surprised if midnight ends with a trip to Karesh, like how Legion ended with Argus.
Xaltath could travel there to have Dimensius try and restore the dark heart.

Won’t know for sure if Undermine will be a zone when Blizzard reveals the next patch for retail wow.
Might be that the goblins dig too deep and too greedily and come upon the world tree roots?

I hope it’s not all like gears and pipes and what not, but I am excited to see. Goblins always gave a grunge punk vibe so maybe we see tier sets that look like that.

The reveal called the Blackwater Raiders its own cartel. Is that new? I always thought it was part of Steamwheedle.
Where’s Erevian? I expected him to be shrieking about another Horde racial leader (Gallywix) becoming a raid boss.

I guess the Blackwater Raiders have expanded to become there own cartel. Or maybe a certain Night Elf led Pirate Empire is backing them?
