No more gnomes, please

I like this. Language: Arthas, and all the racial abilities are just named Arthas. You don’t even know what each of them really does either, because the description is also Arthas.

Big nope for me on Lightforged undead. Personally (and this is my opinion) it is a terrible race concept, and I hope it never gets added. Anything they’ve done with forsaken being a mixed bag would be tossed aside. Why be regular forsaken when you can be better, and “Redeemed”? At that point, people would start saying “well, if you’re not redeemed by the light, you’re only evil, that’s it”. And that’s bland, terrible writing.

Obviously, I favor San’layn as the forsaken counterpart. Been here waaay longer, and the vampyr is more interesting. I also think they have a higher chance than any LFU, because vampirism has been a recurring theme.

But why go with any neat, necromancy or blood concept when we could just lightforge everything, be lazy, and call it a day? /sigh

Kind of want to see more of the Saberon from Draenar. Pretty sad they were extinct in one universe, brought back in another only to be abused and hunted again.

I would want the non-corrupted ones myself. I think they look so cool. Plus, the Zandalari boomchicken could have expanded animations, and they’d apply to those folk.

Vulpera area given they already even have the rep in place. They might go the way of Nightbourne and HM Tauren something we unlock at the end of the expac.

Sethrak I don’t know… People want them Alliance but I don’t see joining the faction that is an enemy to the faction that controls your whole continent is a good idea seems like a death wish. I also don’t see what rep would be tied to them either unless it is something in 8.3

Mechagnomes I hope aren’t a thing. I would rather have thier features as customizations for the rumored Tinker class. Like how DH options are vastly different than what nelves and belves currently have.

With the current reps we have in bfa the only ones that could become a race are Tortollens. Which could be a neutral race?
Buy to me they just seem to want to do thier own thing and probably wouldn’t get involved with either faction unless Blizzard had them get bombed or something by one of the factions.

8.2 I believe has new reps involving Deep Sea Jinyu for Alliance and Gillgoblins for the Horde so that might open something up? However idt I have seen females of either of those races and MoP Jinyu already use the Nelf rig so that would make like… 4 races use it?

8.3 we have no idea what this will be. If it is a new zone with new rep we might pull some allied races here. Thankfully the next BlizzCon pretty much has to tell us what we will see in 8.3.

I don’t think we’re getting Vulpera. I want Vulpera, but I think they’re going the way of the Taunka, Tuskarr and Arrakoa.

Neither do worgen or goblins. They weren’t in vanilla and did not arrive until Cata.

It’s because of a bunch of data mining people did a whole ago, vulpera have a bunch of player only animations among other things that suggest that they will be playable.

Rat Goblins, that all Vulpera are. Furry Rat Goblins.

but you’re right Ogres shouldn’t be an allied race, they should just be a full fledged race.

I would like for Vulpeera and San’layn to be added to Horde. Junker Gnomes seem obvious for Alliance but I don’t know what they could add for the last Alliance Allied Race.
