Classic+ is not a thing.
It’s an idea the community is stuck behind that Blizzard will never do the way they want it.
You will not get new lore and expansions, because that would contradict retail’s lore.

It wasn’t a playable race. They mentioned Chen Stormstout in Vanilla Warcraft so are they an original race too? I was there I remember.

And you were a retconned race with lore made up on they fly and added last minute to TBC. Pandaren were supposed to be in TBC, not Draenei and certainly not Eradar.

TBC will always be special to me as the first WoW expansion, and when it really blew up as a game. Glad I was there ahead of the curve, it was an experience I’ll never forget.
