Yeah it’s best to always question motives in these instances. Who would really care that much about boxing unless they have some vested interest.

Boxing has such a small impact on the game I’ve only really seen them in the open world like 3 times in 15 years. I’ve seen 1 in an arena 1 time it was 3 shaman free win for us, I’ve seen 2 in BGs and I understand how the alliance with them on their team could be upset about the loss but it’s so rare why bother?

Finally the farming thing, just thinking about it rationally, the max impact of a boxer is the same as 10 people farming a zone…almost negligible on the server economy.

Like honestly is anyone upset about some dude drinking on stream and 40 man camping the entrance to MC? :joy: It’s hilarious and has next to no real impact on anyone’s game except to maybe give your boring guild a fun story to tell about an otherwise brain dead run to the raid entrance.

it’s harassment tbh. if someone is 5 boxing alt tabbing and stuff and some jerk and his friends decide to spam report him they should all eat long bans imo.

Nuke them from orbit. They should receive the same consequences that they were trying to falsely put onto others.

there was this cool ally mage on the classic forums that would go murder horde raids when they were standing by the orb to get into the raid. apparently a horde raid waiting outside to kill people to remove their WBs is fine but them losing THEIR WBs is enough to mass report him and try to get him banned. XD

they keep accusing me of boxing too which is hilarious. i have never boxed ever. and probably never will. but the argument “its not fair he has more money than me so ban him” is not a good one and i will argue against it, always.

apparently every boxer is a 40 man team of boomkins harassing people in wpbvp who only stop farming poor solo players long enough to steal all their herbs. XD

I’ve seen way more boomkin bots farming in the open world than boxers.

If people had even the slightest clue about the subject they’d be able to tell the difference straight away.

That’s actually been part of the rules for almost every game and competition on Earth… Salary caps and limits on what equipment can be used, for example.
