my point though, is why do people care? their achievement isn’t taken away. And no one is asking for them to just give us the appearances. whenever i have gotten something cool and rare, i have always been like, ok, so who’s next? how can i help someone else get it.
Given the content droughts, stuff like this would be an easy way to give people more things to play with in game.

It’s cool - but to answer your original post, there is precisely one solo-casual pve challenge that offered a distinctive reward - the MT. I advocate for more such rewards, not target the distinction of the rewards offered for that one challenge for elimination.
there are countless threads on this, you could try reading some of them.
of course, most of them just disintegrate into people flinging insults.

Part of what makes it awesome if the fact I have something cool that other people can never get, I take great joy walking around with my bear and feral skins knowing they are special and unique and the best part is they are rare so not everyone is running around using the same skins.

I never asked that they just give us these appearances. all I was trying to convey is that it would be nice if they bring back content, to bring it all back and give those of us that didn’t have the opportunity to earn the rewards then because we weren’t playing, the ability to do so now.

I can see that, but why can’t you also find joy in celebrating others also achieving the same feat? Why does it have to be I have to be special and different, no one else can unless they did x y z at the exact right time during a game that has spanned almost 2 decades?

There are plenty of things in the game that can cater to those things you want, not every single item in the game needs to be available there is absolutely nothing wrong with a small number of things like the mage tower skins that are limited so people like me who do enjoy having things others do not. My banks are full of things like that removed from the game never to return.

they are really really running out of magical, nostalgic things to pull out of their hat to save the the game. i half expect them to dust of illidan again and thrust him into the final patch of shadowlands just to try to win people back.

I have read them, but again, as I have posted elsewhere, I am trying to share my opinion directly and have been told by GMs that authoring forum posts are the best way to get blizzard to see what your feedback is.
I could also ask that you read some of the other replies in this thread before saying the same thing other already have.
And I don’t understand why it has to come down to insults–people get so sensitive over this stuff. I don’t get it.
