Alright, it looks like the EU page has a few more specifics. We’re passing on the feedback to see if they can update the US page.
So it seems you should receive the code within 5 days of purchase.

Just a note on the pet from what I am experiencing. I received the code right after my purchase. I then claimed the code on my Account page. I have yet to see it appear in game though and it has been almost an hour now.
From what I’ve heard it might not yet be in-game. It’s being checked on.
Can you confirm if this part is true:
"Available only to US customers (excludes Canada and Mexico), age 18 and over, with a valid US billing address. "
So a Canadian ordering this would not receive the pet? (which is the only important part of the order)
If it says excluding Canada, I think you can safely assume it is not available from purchases made in Canada.
If it says it, then it is likely true. We don’t operate the Gearstore, so we can only go off of what is provided on their site on any restrictions they may have.

I’m hoping it doesn’t somehow mess up since the email on my Apple Pay isn’t the same as the email on my Bnet account. Shouldn’t have anything to do with it, but… I’m paranoid. lol
Were you signed in at the Gear Shop or did you just list an email with them? I had signed in via Battle Net so it just used the email used with this BNET account.

Fingers crossed it is just delayed for you. I’m sure they are quite busy processing the purchases and sending out the codes as quick as possible.

I was, it just took about three hours to show up.
It seems I may be out of luck. I wasn’t logged in. I’m not receiving an email and the purchase can’t be canceled or returned. Their customer support isn’t responding to me.
