Oh…maybe I’m glad I wasn’t there though, as when I heard about it I was like ‘oh shame I missed out on all the fun!’ but maybe not then.

Luckily, nobody bothers with Twitter these days since it became X, Elon Musk has more to worry about than a gaming forum right now.

It wasnt made to ridicule anyone or anything nor did it mention anyone. It was made as a request for btags to be added and people got triggered so it was mass flagged within minutes of being up.

anonymous posting would work that your name, characters lvl would be hidden, and replaced with “anonymous”, everything else would work same as now, you could still report CoC violations.

I think though if what you tell me is true Nelfas, that someone took my character info as well as the info of other posters and started splashing it around on other areas of social media, then this does demonstrate my whole argument and point, and validates my fears and concerns if we don’t take steps to protect users privacy,

The fact is the internet is here to stay, and my honest opinion is that at least in the Western world, while the world is becoming a more tolerant, less homophobic and less racist/sexist place, you are always going to get your rednecks and morons here and there that will spout their venom where they feel they can get away with it, there will always be morons,

But having a situation where everyone can get exposed in the real world, that’s the last thing I want.
