because it was created to ridicule this topic which asking for anonymous posting.
OhâŚmaybe Iâm glad I wasnât there though, as when I heard about it I was like âoh shame I missed out on all the fun!â but maybe not then.
Luckily, nobody bothers with Twitter these days since it became X, Elon Musk has more to worry about than a gaming forum right now.
It wasnt made to ridicule anyone or anything nor did it mention anyone. It was made as a request for btags to be added and people got triggered so it was mass flagged within minutes of being up.
but the moderators made the final decision, correct?
A thread can be derailed and deleted without the original idea being bad.
Considering this troll fest is still up, I doubt it.
well this thread is very important to the overall well-being of the forums, which is why it got restored when flagged.
Is it considered rude or necessary to recommend an aptitude for the act of touching grass with extreme enthusiasm
anonymous posting would work that your name, characters lvl would be hidden, and replaced with âanonymousâ, everything else would work same as now, you could still report CoC violations.
The only people itâs important to is cowards, harassers and trolls.
well it was restored a couple times, so blizzard probably doesnât agree with that.
Ugh makes my skin crawl.
If you can ignore people, and then see all their posts disappear, then youâre not truly anonymous.
In other words, you donât even understand how your own suggestion would work.
Are we all just going to pretend that these people who suddenly appeared and began exclusively agreeing with and supporting the level 10 night elf hunter arenât even the tiniest bit suspicious and ironically support the need for Btags so obvious foolishness doesnât get perpetuated?
/blink /blink /blink
Really, no names?
I can only assume youâre talking about the same person as me. Unfortunately I donât think that would help.
I blame the eclipse. People been acting extra ever since.
well instead of Neyaga, would be âAnonymous KulâTiran Shaman.â
that really does seem like the best system for the wow forums honestly.
I think though if what you tell me is true Nelfas, that someone took my character info as well as the info of other posters and started splashing it around on other areas of social media, then this does demonstrate my whole argument and point, and validates my fears and concerns if we donât take steps to protect users privacy,
The fact is the internet is here to stay, and my honest opinion is that at least in the Western world, while the world is becoming a more tolerant, less homophobic and less racist/sexist place, you are always going to get your rednecks and morons here and there that will spout their venom where they feel they can get away with it, there will always be morons,
But having a situation where everyone can get exposed in the real world, thatâs the last thing I want.
I meant the people jumping on another character to like their own posts and stroke their ego.
That is so gross to me lol. Like actually nasty.
