It’ll be back again in 20 seconds after you waste your 45sec-1min cooldown to interrupt it once.
Don’t worry. All you have to do is run away from them in arena while melee trains them.

Is that so? 
It’s because they can’t balance PvP and PvE it seems. Hunter sucks in PVE right now comparatively to other classes. Doubt Hunter is broke with their lack of defensives.

I don’t get what’s going through the dev’s minds. They’re nerfing burst abilities across the board and buffing sustain to compensate… then they go ahead and buff MM’s best burst button by 15%… huh?

Does it require any setup for optimal damage either? My hunter is not capped but it feels like you just press the button whenever it’s up and get full single-target value.
Yeah it’s pretty hard to set up a good rapid fire sometimes you have to press chakrams first.

mm players used to pretend it does but now that double tap is gone, no not at all
rapid fire does ray of frost damage on a sliver of the cd and you can just take it for a walk instead of shimmering it. while it’s not kickable

As a healer in SS I noticed that the good MMs either CC me or kick me right as they ES and then rapid fire target, huge damage and I can’t dispel ES off because I’m locked out/CC’d. Can say goodbye to at least half of the target’s HP if they don’t pop CDs. And now ES is 20% buffed and RF 15% buffed, gonna be fun.
MM’s damage is more than fine, the issue with them is they die when they get trained. Blizz devs really out of touch with PVP, very sad to see

Thats true, and a lot of ppl keep complaining about MM, i think they are doing it using non rated bgs experience. I see youre a healer, can you tell me the 3 most dificults specs for you to heal in SS? I bet at least 2 hunter specs are on the list
The hardest to heal is by far a bad/mediocre Mage player (good Mages are night and day and are very hard to kill).
I’d say Enh is harder to heal than MM too but MM is def one of the harder ones to heal if they get trained by classes that can negate their escapes and stuff.
