you clearly haven’t read as much lore as I have. you are comparing the Orcish Horde pre-Doomhammer (under Gul’dan and the Legion) to the Orcs under doomhammer. What you don’t understand is that they were free from the Legion after the fall of Stormwind.
You sound like the type whose masculinity is very delicate with how much raging you’re doing for no reason.

Then the trolls got what they deserved after aligning with warmongering maniacs. You really thought the Stormwind humans weren’t gonna go shopping around to get their kingdoms back? Lordaeron showed up and put Doomhammer in the dirt, and showed the Orcish Horde that Azeroth is not theirs to play with.

Not really. Information datamined in alpha is almost always exactly how it will appear in game, and this notion that “it’s just an alpha bro” ends up rarely ever holding true. If these lines of dialogue are already in the game, they’re in the game.

The plan with Derek was bad as it makes sylv literally the Lich Queen. Bending an undead to her will. The whole reason for the forsaken was to stop that. If they become the same thing what have they accomplished. Then again she had me kill forsaken that decided they didn’t want to join with her after cataclysm, so I guess she really has wanted to be the Lich Queen since forever.

Super late to this thread. Please tell me this has been addressed and isn’t nearly as bad of a lore screw-up as the OP makes it seem.
Would be an actual embarassing nightmare if they just brush over it and do some garbage redemption arc for Sylvanas.
Thrall wasn’t a total sociopath and actually knew something about leadership. He WAS taught by Humans as well, after all. Since he was quarantined and the fel influence was able to be brought down, he was able to form real bonds and genuine friendships with the Tauren and Darkspear. Who, you know, got right to killing other Troll empires straight from the word ‘go’.
Doomhammer couldn’t do it. Orgrim tried to break the Alliance. The trolls tried to break the Alliance. They failed. Garrosh and Sylvanas also tried to break the Alliance. Once more, they failed.
The lesson? Stop picking fights with the Alliance. Not only does the Horde have a very bad track record against them, the Alliance is also not the enemy the Horde needs to worry about!
