People in anniversary are too high lvl. Everyone is a warlord pvp rank. Its time for us to start over and be on an even footing. We need a new server.

This is why they all want that boost.
They could probably put in a 6 - 12 month seasonal server that just resets to Day 1 and goes to just before the AQ patch on repeat forever and the “Classic Andy” people would play that. Leveling to 60, getting Pre-BiS, Farming MC, Ranking, BWL/ZG and then reset.
If you are months behind the good news is that you could be all caught up by the time the AQ patch comes out.
This train is going to TBC.
Just level. Yeah you’ll get ganked. It’s not a big deal. It’s fun when you kill one of those no talent hacks though.
That’s what is great about classic. No one is immortal. You can still surprise them.
We need a new server every week apparently. You can never get enough new servers.
Actually if they opened a new hard-stuck layer on fresh realms right now that was only locked for 3-4 months before it mixed in with the others, that would keep me subbed.

anniversary is still considered fresh, many players are not high pvp ranks, some are still leveling and most people are not even geared from raids yet cus of rng.
if you want fresh to be on even footing then you are dreaming because any new server will have people rushing to 60 in 1week, farming everything / getting everything with any means necessary before you even hit level 40.
-so enjoy your game play now in anniversary without being bothered about what others are doing.

Just play the game. If anything it gets easier for late-comers. Inflation only helps newbies, because everything you find is inflated in value. Don’t buy anything, but sell everything. Group up with alts and get stuff done. Have fun.

Far from new, but if you’re looking for a slower paced Vanilla WoW, we’re a group of ~100 players on Grobbulus Classic era, been here for 4 years now doing our own thing at our own pace. We do clear naxx, but also go into the other raids depending on the raid comp. Much slower paced, long term focused group with one guild per faction.

I am a “Classic Andy” ANd I would never touch a server like this with a nine-inch pole. I want to keep my characters forever, not having them reset in a hamster wheel gone mad.
