Same. Quest completed while running to corpse. no loot
Same, died and got cutscene no loot. Dropped quest, was able to pick it up again refreshing the WQ only to this time live, get cut scene, still no loot.
I do find it labyrinthine. I don’t bother to report a bug, I just follow prompts that keep me toward submission, clicking bits that say “this doesnt help my issue” till it gets submitted
Same, died during my corpse run. WQ complete, no loot because I was dead. Cannot repeat.

One more for the no loot pile, no loot being no quest reward.
I have a ticket pending about this issue too.

Same here, and also my hubby had the same issue. He died, then I died right after, did our corpse-run, and I was literally TEN feet away as I hit the ‘rezz’ button just as he died. WQ disappeared, no loot. Also both of us have submitted tickets.
Edit: We didn’t even get a cutscene.

i died on nathanos, got cutscene, and no loot while dead or after i res’d.
stayed for 2 more nathanos kills, still no loot
abandoned quest, went back to ORG to get the quest again
went back to nathanos, 2 kills no loot, quest complete, but not turning it in,
mail box has no mail
not doing GM ticket, 3 day wait, pointless

Same here. Died, watched cinematic, no loot.
Blizz has also made it pretty inconvenient to open a ticket.
Edit: finally got to do the boss again… only to get a 1h weap as fury loot spec. thanks bliz.

same no loot for me died during the fight… didnt saw a cinematic but the world quest is completed
Thats it’s intention. Make it so frustrating that you find the answer yourself without clogging up the system. Unfortunately, some things you cant look for help anywhere else. Then they make you wait in a line, hoping in time you will just get over it. Its a similar tactic to what they do for people trying to apply for welfare.
Also, I miss GMs so much. They were much more helpful and easy to explain problems. This automated BS, sucks.

You have to get past the automated stuff, by clicking it as “unhelpful” and reopening the ticket. Then you get the live agent. I had something else glitch on me just last week, and it only took me a day to get it fixed, but thats how I did it. Mind you, I was very irritated by the automated form reply at the time, hence me being stubborn about it.

Do the live agents roleplay their way into your conversation lol. I really missed the ways gnome GMs and such would randomly appear with their funny little introductions and speak in character. Was great. Anyways back to reality…

Same issue happened to me, no world quest reward even though I killed him 2 times.
Now WQ is unavailable.

RE: When live agents would roleplay their answers.
Once a fellow guildie talked to a GM who RP’d he was a mouse in the pocket of an ogre. It went something like “a large ogre appears in front of you, and reaches into his pocket. He pulls out a mouse, and a small voice speaks to you: Hi this is GM so and so…” The guildie kept the screenshots and we all talked about it for ages.
I really miss when GMs would do that. Seems like all that stopped when they fired a ton of the quality control people. Now, it’s so difficult to even find how to actually send a ticket in the proper category, then it’s a cookie-cutter response until you can get a real person by escalating it. It’s ridiculous. (and I know how to look on WoWhead, and whatever options they give for you to ‘try first.’ Usually I have done all those things, including resetting my UI to the basic WoW one, before I do a ticket just because it’s so inconvenient to try and contact customer service these days…)

Same I guess, didn’t even know there was supposed to be loot for him.
I got a response from a GM, they told me that a lot of people is having that issue and that they will escalate the issue, so experts can do something.
I think we have to wait

Same on some of my toons but not others.
Got it on my DK but made it back before the kill. My DH was dead during the kill and nothing. I submitted a bug report in game to hopefully give Blizz a kick in the pants to get this fixed. I hope it does not make it so I cant get it till next week.
