I believe a number of people ran into an issue on Tuesday, 01/21/25 with receiving loot at the end of time walking dungeons and Mythic Pluses. When I submitted a ticket for this the customer service support lied that there was an issue and simply closed the ticket.
This is a a story I’ve heard from pretty much all of the those who were affected. I’m guessing Blizzard decided to fix the issue and try to sweep it under the rug without actually providing the lost Harbinger Crests, loot, or other currency items the players were suppose to receive at the end of the dungeon?
Sadly it seems Blizzard’s customer service, technical support, and general care of its players has hit an all time low. Just felt like making the post to see if anyone else also ran into these issues and feels the same.
